Have an ESR already, but if they release a proper cage, and maybe some apron/rope packs that are compatable I'd probably get some. Very interested to see the quality of it.

Jeremy is back. Awesome news indeed. I, however want to make my own ring out of steel so that it never breaks. Then I will sell my remaining 3 Jakks rings.

So I'm guessing this will be loosely discussed in the Other Brand forum and primarily talked about in the Mattel forum. Hopefully there is no bickering as this product kinda fits in with both.

I am happy this is happening, however 22x22 is to big... if the average WWE ring is 20' x 20' and every wrestler is pretty much 6' - 7'+, wouldnt that mean the ring should be no bigger then 20"x20" in order to be scale with the current line of figures (6" -7")? The Daniel Bryan figures are over six inches. Bryan himself is like five foot nine or something. Triple H figures are just over seven inches. Triple H himself isn't seven feet tall. The figure heights in inches are roughly 10% more than directly parallel to the wrestler height in feet. So to be scaled to the figures, the ring has to be 10% over 20 x 20. |

Don't we have enough official scale rings? I wish some company would just release a ring somewhere between 15x15 and 18x18.

Well I don't have very many loose figures to display in it, nor do I have a lot of space to display something that big… but I'm still pretty damn tempted by the thought of getting it. What was the MSRP for these things the last time around? $70?

I love the size of my RSR! I just wish it was designed a little better. My poor thing is held together with duct tape. Many of my turnbuckles have been replaced with hair ties hahahah

Man, we sure are in store for a super new authentic wrestling ring!  It feels like 2005 all over again, what with Batista winning the Royal Rumble and all this talk of scale ring s.  The competition is fierce right now. I don't know if I can handle this news and the impending arrival of Elite 26.  It's like there's a war about to be pitted against my shelf space.  Where would we be without Ringside, or Jeremy for that matter?  |
