And Batista deserves nothing. He proved that when he decided to lace up his Jordan XX 8's instead of a pair of wrestling boots.

For the people who use the excuse of "the PPVs Bryan main evented did poorly, so he shouldn't be the main guy" should really take a major look at the other matches on the card for each PPV. Night of Champions: Second most billed match was CM Punk vs Curtis Axel and PAUL HEYMAN. Other matches included Del Rio vs RVD for WHC, Ambrose vs Ziggler for US, Axel vs Kofi for IC, and Shield vs Prime Time Players for Tag. Not exactly a card worth spending 60 dollars on. Battelground: Second most billed match was CM Punk vs Ryback. Other matches included Curtis Axel vs R-Truth for IC, Del Rio vs RVD for WHC in a Hardcore match, the Brotherhood vs Shield, and the Real Americans vs Santino and Khali. Once again, not a card really worth spending 60 dollars on. Hell in a Cell: Second most billed match was John Cena vs Alberto Del Rio for WHC. Other matches included CM Punk vs Ryback and PAUL HEYMAN in HIAC, The Brotherhood vs Shield vs the Usos for Tag, Big E vs Ambrose for US, and Los Matadores vs Real Americans. Once again, not a very good card to justify spending 60 dollars. So the problem can't be blamed entirely on Bryan. There has to be a lot of blame put onto the undercard too. Plus you also have to account in other variables such as no one believing Bryan would be booked to win the title until at least Hell in a Cell, really bad booking, and sh*t finishes from previous PPVs (Big Show I'm looking at you). Same goes for house shows too that have Bryan as the main event. I remember back in September, the house shows in Hamilton and London Ontario were main evented by Del Rio vs Ziggler for the World Title. Attendance didn't end up being the best. Although the problem could be blamed on Del Rio or Ziggler, a bigger blame could be put on who was advertised. The names advertised were Del Rio, Ziggler, the Wyatts, Kofi, and Ryback. The show was filled up with Hunico, Khali, Xavier Woods, etc. While the house shows in Brooklyn and Philly that had advertised Bryan, Orton, Punk, RVD, Shield, Big Show, and the Usos did well from what I can remember. So basically my point is, Bryan isn't the only one to blame for bad house show attendance or PPV buys if the overall card or advertised superstars didn't live up to the ticket price. This really just means the WWE is doing the right thing in pushing Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns... they need more top stars other than whats there right now to fill out main event cards.

I'm not buying it. The chances are they probably will add Bryan into the equation, but I wont for a second believe that was their plans. Yes, Bryan was held back last year during his Title chances, but the whole authority angle has been clearly focused on CM Punk which will ultimately lead to the Triple vs CM Punk Match. The fact is, they thought Randy Orton vs the returning Batista for the Title would be acceptable and something the fans wouldn't mind seeing.
As far as I'm concerned they now have two options to save the situation. Have Vince offer a second Title Shot in the Elimination Chamber with Bryan winning (Taker's dong costing Lesnar), or have an impromptu MITB Match at Wrestlemania with Bryan winning and cashing in on Batista the same night.

No matter the intention, this is what's happened:
---------------------------------
WWE = Overprotective parent
Crowd = Virgin teenage daughter
Daniel Bryan = Bad boy on a motorcycle
---------------------------------
The more they try to keep them apart, the more they are drawn to each other.

Unless this is all part of some huge storyline....I'd just fire Daniel Bryan. His mere presence in the company is a huge distraction. Daniel Bryan has ruined more segments that HE WASN'T EVEN IN than the WHAT chant. He's WORSE than WHAT! It's embarrassing that the hardcore mark fans are RUINING other wrestlers moments, like Batista winning the Rumble and Orton winning the Championship by chanting YES/NO and DANIEL BRYAN when Daniel Bryan isn't even IN THE SEGMENT, and those fans are also ruining WWE for those of us who are not OBSESSED with Daniel Bryan. Yeah, I like Daniel Bryan, too. I think he's a great wrestler and I enjoy his matches....but I don't go into work everyday and yell NO!NO!NO!NO!NO!NO! at my boss because nothing on the morning meeting agenda has anything to do with Daniel Bryan. Be a Daniel Bryan fan and when Daniel Bryan is involved in the segment, cheer for him or boo at him as much as you want...but when Daniel Bryan's segment is over, just drop it and focus on who IS in the segment. I mean, do you guys want Daniel Bryan to be on RAW for the entire 3 hours tonight? Will there be OUTRAGE if 15 minutes goes by and Daniel Bryan is not seen, heard from, or mentioned? This whole thing is really crazy. This! Although there were many things wrong with RR?! The incestuous Daniel Bryan chants were the worst. -.-

Having more new fresh talent people will pay to see is better than 2 main event guys. thats sort of the point.. If the WWE gets what they want and say... Bray Wyatt is your new "Mick Foley" type character.. and Roman Reigns is your new "Rock" character... then you have them along with Daniel Bryan, John Cena, CM Punk, Batista, Orton, etc.. you can have 3-4 top matches it's all up to "if" they can build up those guys to that level...

Hmm It'd make sense if Punk wasnt the one being screwed by the Authority week in and week out. Likely getting Punk/HHH at Mania leaving Bryan...where? Somewhere OFF the WrestleMania card lol!

UMMMMMMMM.....then why are they surprised by the reaction? if "holding him down" is part of the storyline then Batista being booed is exactly what they should have expected....... I feel like they are just trying to cover their asses. With them finally acknowledging it tonight, it shows they know they need to do something before it's too late.

I don't buy it either......I doubt HHH and co were impressed by the fact that big Dave was gasping for air after 20 seconds in the RR and looked weak as against Reigns Sheamus AND Ryback.

They LOVE the response Bryan is getting, don't be fooled, they also love that the crowd is doing what they are doing. They love exactly what is going on.

Dude you hate on the Yankees offseason moves and now Daniel Bryan, Are you serious bro? Jk. I don't think they're "ruining" anyone's moment, no one cares about Batista and that was obvious by the lack of a pop he got at the rumble and when he returned Like Lance Storm said....all those extra people didn't tune into RAW last week by accident. Clearly there is a huge interest in Batista. Batista came back and was a face. He was supposed to be the one to dethrone Orton once and for all. He should get getting MAJOR face pops. But instead, he was treated horribly and his moment was RUINED simply for NOT being Daniel Bryan. So if they have a match tonight between CM Punk and a returning ROB VAN DAM (just an example, RVD isn't back), are fans going to sit there and BOO the whole match because neither guy in the ring in Daniel Bryan? It just ruins the show for me when other wrestlers are out there busting their ass and the fans are totally not paying attention because they're belching about Daniel Bryan. It's disrespectful to everyone else on the roster who goes out there and puts their body on the line to do what they love. The fans booed the hell out of and gave no craps to the Title Match or Rumble because he was not in it and the fans wanted him in it. I do not think fans are doing anything wrong, even the most casual fan cannot understand or like the the fact that the WWE is not featuring this guy as their bread and butter. Fans want to see the guy fight in the title match. It has been seven months of Bryan being denied the title and getting the screws put to him, and the fans are tired of it. By the way they are not ruining every segment, just the ones where they do not want to sit and watch (i.e the Ascension promo i.e. Cena/Orton) The guard has changed with wrestling fans, they are tired of accepting crap and even if it means hijacking somebody elses spotlight, well thats just what it takes

They really need to revise their plans for Wrestlemania. Daniel Bryan should really be the one facing Triple H, not Punk. I don't know how they are going to build, assuming its true, Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan to be even remotely interesting, but Bryan deserves at least a semi-main event spot. I have no desire to see Punk vs Triple H, which has already been done. Triple H vs Bryan makes a Triple H match actually seem interesting, which hasn't happened since the last Taker match.
