I have found most of the boxes that contain what is/was my WWF collection and taken the photos.
I was just wondering some advice, on my last pictures I created links for you all to click, but there is a tonne of photos here and would like to know how to make the images appear directly on this page without having to go through the buggery of creating a sh*t load of links you all need to keep clicking.
Any info would be very much appreciated.

Very nice find tibbo, It is very interesting though - The only 3 figures available - 2 of them feature Hogan and Warrior. Notice how Jake is there too.
Hasbro at this time also released Bop Bags - with, Jake, Warrior & Hogan Also Warrior & Hogan dress up ring attires. Jakes snake in a bag. WWF Championship belt featuring the warrior.
It would suggest to me that Hasbro made the 3 wrestlers the face of the company at that time for there push on the UK market?
Certainly adds more light as to why a bagged warrior was in a boxed wwf ring.
I would like to draw your attention to the bottom of this argos picture that tibbo has added where it says the page number (346) at the bottom left.. look at the toy safety symbol! - the exact same symbol and instructions came on this warrior bag as we have seen in the warrior bagged picture!
Interesting!

Do you own that catalogue tibbo or is it just an image you have?
If I was to guess I would say that was autumn/winter catalogue of 1991 (which when the catalogue launched in mid august around about when Hasbro's range first hit the UK. Interesting though, no ring or any other merchandise in the catalogue picture, yet there stores had rings and the entire Series 1 range in there shops on a massive stand behind the pay desk!
Index was like that too, 4 wcw items in its catalogues, yet in shops in its glass display units tonnes of galoob stuff was available?

I think you might have been lucky there! My Index/Argos never had any displays in-store until around 1995 when they were flogging-off Scott Steiner/Samu Hasbros and El Gigante galoobs for £1.99 each in the bargain bins I don't own the catalogue sadly, just managed to find the scan via a bit of searching...you can buy a lot of the old catalogues on eBay, but they are pretty extortionate

Do you or anyone else on here have a facebook account? (I don't do facebook and all that unfortunately).
Anyway here is some interesting argos info.
Argos back catalogues
Would be good to see what ranges/lines were available to us and when.

That meet and greet experience with The Undertaker would have been amazing. I was a huge Hogan, Macho Man, and Warrior fan as a kid, but whenever The Undertaker was first introduced I instantly fell in love with him. The whole gimmick was eery to me as a child, but I was mesmerized by it.

Now this next lot I purchased from a chap who just happened to be outside Wembley stadium the day Summerslam '92 was happening.
He had all this lot spread out as you see them here on a wooden decorating table. ..and if I remember rightly he wore a long trench coat and had a WF logo pin badge on.. quite odd really as it was a hot day that afternoon! None the less, I snapped this lot up. Now then even though some of these figures where not even designed before summerslam '92 he still had them! I mean c'mon he was from Hasbro right? This was all exclusive mailaway away stuff never to be seen ever again! This bar far topped my Undertaker experience from only 2 weeks before!
lol.. (It's my mint condition - straight out the bubble loose Hasbro figures collection so far...) (Not inc. Customs or the Oxidant release dusty)
And here is that very - {differently used cheap batch of plastic that when coated in this chemically imbalanced mix of paint reacts against one another after being exposed to the climate for 20+ years causes this type of oxidation to happen to his boots} yellow booted dusty Rhodes version compared to the one used with the normal released versions on the right of the picture.
I am still on the hunt for the Yellow coated Macho Man #4, the yellow t-shirt variant roddy piper and the yellow shirted IRS variants but no joy 'dus far!
To quote the great gorilla monsoon "Finding them other 3 variants in a mailaway bag on the cheap like this one?... highly unlikely in my book".
and to some custom figures I purchased from fee bay a while back.
My collection of rings (European with soundbox /black posts) (Blue circle posts) (Blue square posts) (my original tattered wrestling ring from 1991) and 2 wcw rings, one played with, one in mint condition.
These are from my old worn Hasbro ring...

Very nice mate . I remember the black sticker album I started that one late and never finished it, but I completed the blue one that followed.

And last but not least.. the remainder.
WCW Galoob figures,
I started getting into Jakks classics and had about 60 at one point all mint in box still but unfortunately I ran into some money difficulties a few years back and sold them all bar 6. Had quite a few limited edition ones too. gutted about that.
Here is what is left of that collection.
Now, the last time a toy company with a wwf wrestling line released a mini figures royal rumble ring I missed out on it and it is now worth a fortune!
I wasn't making the same mistake the second time round!
And so there we have it folks. My collection of WWF from over the last 20 years.
I hope you have enjoyed looking at it as I have collecting it all and once more thank you all for looking.

In Columbus, Ohio, I had a night job as a server at a steakhouse. It was by a huge mall and just a few miles away from the airport. No one of any importance ever came in. A few Columbus Blue Jackets players came in once.
Well, it was a busy night and I never really paid attention to any other tables than the ones in my section...especially if I was busy as hell. Well, I had a minute to take a breath and drink some water. I come back out of the kitchen and I just froze. The Undertaker and Chavo Guerrero were in the next section over from mine and I never even noticed until they were paying. I didn't have time to say hello. I regret not noticing sooner.
That is my one and only Undertaker story.

I've scoured these threads for a while now and somehow I've totally missed any mention of a Sgt. Slaughter mail away, fake or otherwise. I must be slipping. I'm only aware of the LJN Sgt Slaughter mailaway.
