As noted, WWE announced several times that Brock Lesnar would be on Raw last night along with Paul Heyman to address Roman Reigns’ win at Fastlane.
Lesnar ended up not appearing on the show, and in the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, host Dave Meltzer noted there’s “more to the story” regarding Lesnar’s Raw absence:
“The story is ongoing and still in progress,” Meltzer said. “I don’t think anyone wants it out until whatever it is is settled…but something happened, but what that is, I do not know.”
With regards to the status of the WrestleMania 31 main event, Meltzer does not believe the situation is dire enough that the match is in jeopardy, but he noted there “is an unanswered question, and I don’t know what it is right now.”

I'd lose it if Lesnar and Reigns are in the ring and Lesnar flips off Reigns and walks out on live tv

If I were in Lesnar's position, knowing the hostility of the Wrestlemania environment and where we're headed, I'd want absolutely nothing to do with that match. No one is going to come out looking good. But, who knows what this is about, or if it's even anything at all.

If we're looking at a potential rehash of the WM20 Goldberg match, I'd say it's in WWE's best interest to book Bryan vs. Brock on an upcoming Raw to get the title off of Brock.

If Brock makes it to WM, do you think he will have any interaction with the Undertaker? I doubt it. It sounds like they plan on keeping Taker off TV until Wrestlemania anyways, but that's a topic for a whole other thread. |

I did say in seperate thread that Brock could well vacate the title after beating Reigns. There is no way Reigns is going over clean on Lesnar regardless.

Lesnar - through Heyman - has built his current success off of that win and breaking the UT's streak. I think that's more than enough motivation to want revenge. Also, WWE could spin it as UT helping Roman and giving his seal of approval. |
