The NBA and NFL ones are official for Kenner starting lineups. The blue and red ones are more of a knockoff version for baseball, but still pretty cool.

Cool! Hope you enjoyed the article. I will let you know. I haven't come across a LOOSE fralic since 1995. No joke. I have always wondered how the 89 Falcons were distributed. Obviously they were only regional, but a 3 player set in a 24 count case seems ridiculous. But, it's Kenner. I heard rumors that they packed them in 88 falcons case, but this was never confirmed. I would love to find a case of 89 falcons This just came up on eBay. It's sealed but may go for a good price. www.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWEDm/itm/1989-Starting-Lineup-Football-John-Settle-NM-/331704308822?hash=item4d3b1e1456:g:JXgAAOSwhcJWQVSN Pretty sure that is the one that I discovered yesterday. Looks good and the price is good enough that I won't feel bad when I take it out of the package. I used to have a few of those football stands. Wish I still did.

I was super excited to get that Justice when it came out. Still have it. I got a few off ebay to finish off my Hawks collection, and the last few Falcons I needed not named Settle or Fralic. But I am hoping to win that Settle auction.

How much do those football and basketball stands go for? I wouldn't mind getting a couple.
Alternatively, I might get a spice rack stand to display some of them as well.

Well I won the auction for that John Settle figure. I wonder how many collectors are going to be upset when I open it?

Hmmm, I wonder if it would be nicer than my afa 75? I am glad you got one! The picture for it looks pretty good, but I don't know anything about grading. Never been a big fan of that. I remember opening my Griffey Jr. Mariners chase McFarlane figure, and posting pictures of cutting open the package and whatnot on the spawn boards. People went nuts.

Ive got the same Griffey & Mariners Randy Johnson still in packages. The mid 90s Mariners were one of my favorite teams. Soon as I get a bigger place though, they'll come out with all my Yankee figures. Also I received my 4 Niners SLU that I got off Ebay. I still havent been able to force myself to open them yet.

The 88 Montana was one of my favorite figures as a teen.

I had the 89 version but beat the hell out of him. I think the addiction has returned. I really need to speed up the process of buying a house. I literally have so much 49ers stuff that I have no room for it.

Back in the spring NFL Films contacted me about my starting lineup collection (Football only of course), and wanted to come to me and do an interview. They actually came for a pre interview, visited one of my ice cream shops and then came for the tv interview. It was about a 5 or 6 hour process and one of the greatest things I ever had the experience to with my "toys". Well, the time has come and the air date is set. It's not a super long interview and only a half hour show (I am not on for the entire show, only a part).
The name of the show is "NFL Films Presents" and the title of this episode will be "The Long And Short Of It"
Thursday, November 19th, 10:30 a.m. Eastern time on fox sports 1 Friday, November 20th, 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on fox sports 1 Saturday, November 21st, 10:30 a.m. Eastern time on NFL Network.
If you can check it out, it would mean a lot to me!
Please share! Thank you!
