Wish JAKKS could make the scans and Mattel everything else. Minus the balloon heads later in the lines, JAKKS would usually nail the scans. I thought I read somewhere that Jakks and Mattel both used the same company for headscans. Or was that incorrect? |

So did I man. But they just plain out suck dude haha That's absolutely true lol. Punk and Hardy would have bodies the size of Lashley and Batista, completely opposite of the Protos. There were so many cons, but I still kept buying them dammit, and the ultimate eff you when they didn't even make the figures in the last two series, and just rereleased Cena's and HHH's basically hahah. I was very young at the time but yes it was not proportional. |

I can't forgive Jakks for the crap they gave us towards the end of the WWE run. Complete garbage. No designs on some figures...
Hopefully they don't touch the figures for a long time.

I'm sticking with Mattel. To echo the sentiments from others, Mattel or bust. Mattel and WWE is a great partnership with high quality figures and both parties benefit from that financially. Jakks is making the things Mattel won't make ala Wicked Cool. As long they stick to that and not f with the main figures, cool beans.
Also, TNA is done. Better hope Jeff Hardy sign a WWE contract otherwise no more Hardy figures.

They're not making figures. They're making stuff along the lines of costumes, remote control cars, etc. Not main series WWE figures. "The new WWE-Jakks Pacific pact will see the company produce, distribute and sell WWE products for everyday dress up, role-play, radio control vehicles, seasonal costumes, and JAKKS’ 3D IT™ Character Creator brand, in addition to action figures across the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region" read the last part. I have no interest in any garbage from JAKKS. Im Team Mattel to the end and when that comes, it will be the end for me.

Jakks lured the MOTUC guy...Toy Guru away from Mattel.
i remember seeing him trying to hock some Nintendo figures that Jakks is making.
The nintendo line actually looks decent. I've had to stop myself from buying the Samus or Link on several occasions
