Aside from WrestleMania, the WWE would reserve five of its PPVs to the so-called "Big Five" markets (East Rutherford, Los Angeles, Chicago, St. Louis and Boston) while the other six PPVs are awarded to other top-drawing markets such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Miami and Detroit while neglecting the likes of Seattle, Portland, Denver, Kansas City, San Antonio, San Diego, Oklahoma City, Washington (DC), Jacksonville and Canada. The trend started in 2012 when the WWE focused its attention on selling out venues. Thoughts on this trend?

Umm yeah. Toronto hasn't had any TV tapings since 2013 and not a PPV since 2006.

Umm yeah. Toronto hasn't had any TV tapings since 2013 and not a PPV since 2006. It's brutal. I wonder why we never get taping a or PPVs. I was at that raw in Toronto in 2013, it was the one where Edge was on and he hosted the cutting edge, but I wasn't at unforgiving 2006 because it was before I started watching wrestling(I started watching in 2007). I really hope we get another PPV sometime soon or at least another raw.

I always felt like Toronto was a pretty hot crowd. I'd second them running a TV taping or PPV there.

I don't think WWE likes Canada. Especially after all the little crowd attacks and the briefcase being thrown at Roman Reigns.

I don't think WWE likes Canada. Especially after all the little crowd attacks and the briefcase being thrown at Roman Reigns. Actually, the reason that I can think of that the WWE doesn't host a PPV in Canada is because that of strict border laws as not everyone can visit there, thus it's much easier to miss either a RAW, SmackDown or house show than it is for a PPV. Also, Air Canada Centre is very expensive to rent as well. Hope this helps.

Every CRD thread that is made I will bitch about Detroit not getting a RAW for almost two years. So here I am again, bitching about Detroit not getting a RAW for almost two years.

All ppv should be in St. Louis. End of story.

'World' Wrestling Entertainment.
And yet Australia has never hosted a Raw or Smackdown, let alone a PPV.
We get a 'Raw Revenge' house show that sells out Acer Arena, and that's it.
I get it, it's too expensive, the time zones and all that...No sour grapes, just an observation on a global company that prides itself as such but can't do the above.
