so did i, i absolutely hated it. i hated how they completely destroyed punk for the sake of rock/cena II or whatever it was. such ing bullcrap. but again, this time it's about getting reigns over, so they are like " it, put the title on triple h" Reigns is already a 2x WWE champion, closing in on 3. they are going to do absolutely everything they can to get reigns "over" I feel my friend that we're on the same path but just willing to take different roads. Neither wants what we're getting but you seem to be more accepting of it. (which is ok) Thus tomorrow night Ill be watching Supergirl instead of bother with RAW. In the end lets just keep our fingers crossed for AJ Styles vs Finn Balor for the WWE Title, Owens vs Zayn for the US Title, Ambrose vs Aries for the IC Title, New Day vs Andreson/Gallows for the Tag Titles and Crews, Neville,Gable, Itami, Joe, (healthy) Bryan, Breeze & Nakamura in a MITB match at Mania (ok Im fantasy booking now) accepting and tolerating are two different things. instead of enjoying the product i love, i have to FIND things i like about it. the rumble gave me some great moments, and despite the awful booking 90% of the time, when some of these guys need to deliver (Ambrose/Owens example) they do and that's a good thing. im actually kind of amused at this whole Reigns thing. it's unlike anything i've ever seen in wrestling history. good or bad. im completely indifferent to it all. i dont hate roman actually, i just dont care to see him overcoming the odds for the next ing decade, it's boring, repetitive, predictable and stale AF. the reason most tv shows get cancelled. wrestling is an exception because there usually is something for everyone. i actually like triple h, he's not in my top 5 all time or anything but the man has had a hell of a career, and gotten a lot of unnecessary hate. and i actually dont mind "old guys" in wrestling. part of getting to where you are is not just laying down for new people, that's stupid. and in the end they are gonna do what they feel is necessary to get to their end game Roman Reigns celebrating with the WWE title in the closing moments of Wrestlemania, with confetti falling everywhere, fireworks going off, the entire roster on the ramp bowing down to him and 100,000 people booing the ever loving crapout of it. So they can have an amazing highlight clip to run for the next 10 years and edit their own crowd noise anyway because Roman Reigns. i cant fight it, im just one guy. so i just gotta laugh at how forced and obvious it is, and then find other things during the nights to enjoy. i enjoyed the rumble as a whole, i enjoyed the LMS match, etc. so thats enough for me

By the way, I don't think Reigns will win at Wrestlemania. I think Rock will screw him because WWE will realise how massively they've messed up and book themselves into a corner and take an easy, senseless way out that will leave the smarks happy.

I feel like the same people that are unhappy are the same ones that are always unhappy. In every RAW thread. In every PPV thread. In almost every WWE thread. I won't be one of those people that say "if you don't like it, don't watch it" but brothers, I don't understand why you continue to put yourselves through something you don't enjoy. Especially when there is so many more great options out there.
I am a happy WWE fan. I've grown to enjoy Reigns and also have realized for a long time that the very top guy isn't going to be the best wrestler. He's going to be the five moves guy. The Bruno. The Hogan. The Austin (post neck injury). The Cena. The Reigns. But for those guys, you had rosters of guys who were the workers that brought down the house without always needing to be that top guy. I'm excited for the future of all of it. Which for me to say is crazy considering that at one point I didn't think I'd continue to watch wrestling as much once Punk left.
What a time to be alive, personally.

To be fair aren't most feuds in general to over come the odds?.Like Dean Ambrose over came his odds defeating owens.Charlotte over came her odds and defeated becky etc.

If he would have won, no one would have said a damn thing about superman booking,

What a good show! i can't believe i typed that about a WWE show since they been a chore to watch. All the matches were enjoyable, i would say the weakest was Del Rio vs. Kalisto. The Rumble match was good and established the build to Fast Lane and Wrestlemania. I really like how AJ Styles was handled, sadly the commentary was piss poor in getting him over (thank god the crowd was awesome tonight) he looked like a star, he got all his signature spots in minus the Styles Clash whitch was teased, he lasted 20 mins and set up a future match with Kevin Owens.

Disagree. Because he also came into the Rumble and had the Wyatt family as well as others whip on him too.

Guys face it if you want indie guys to reach the top just start paying attention to only the IC and NXT belt. WWE I'd the corporate hand picked guys breed for the business. Think of the era in the late 1980's into 1992

Just got home from Rumble! Was super good show live. Owens vs Ambrose tore the house down, great match. Rumble was good! Aj had the best pop of the night, everyone knew who he was, even the younger fans which was surprising. Was a little upset when the kid next me asked me who Sami Zayn was though. All in all, fun time.

Doesn't this make HHH a 15 time champion? Flair record is tied before the end of 2016 for sure

I knew HHH was gonna win, but the look on Ambrose face had me doubting myself. I was happy though, HHH as Champ going into WrestleMania might actually make me watch.

The rumble match itself, I thought, was awesome. I genuinely marked out and yelled "WHAT THE ?!" at 3:00am when AJ came out. Owens eliminating him, while disappointing, was great for getting him heel heat and is possibly leading to something else. I popped again for Zayn, too.

Having Owens eliminate Styles was smart. No way the crowd's going to boo Owens for that. Hopefully these two will go at it soon.
