Just received the Series 3 General Hux, Asty and Snowtrooper figures from Forbidden Planet. I never saw them at retail/in Smyths or TRU.. they seemed to skip this series.

I just recently re-watched the original trilogy for the first time in about 15 years and now I'm in the market for a (6-inch) Luke Skywalker (I already have Darth Vader, bought him on impulse when I saw him in Asda last year)
What do people recommend? What looks best in hand? I like the look of the Return of the Jedi but the New Hope one is probably more iconic?

I think both are equally as good especially since they are two very iconic looks for me and a lot of other people. When I was at London Comic Con last month I got New Hope Obi Wan with the Leia hologram. Awesome exclusive! I hope they do Qui Gon soon. That would make a great Black Series figure. I have both Return of the Jedi and New Hope Luke's and I really like both of them. Though I slightly prefer the Return of the Jedi look as it just looks more badass with the black glove concealing the robotic arm. If you want I can post some pictures of both if it would help  |

I wouldn't mind Obi Wan, Han, Leia ect, but with all my wrestlers, Arrow, Flash and other figures, space is fast becoming an issue, so I figured just having the two main characters would be a nice little symbol Thank you for that Do you have them loose? if you could post a picture of the Return of the Jedi one with Darth Vader that would be fab! Also, do they do display bases for these figures, or are there any out there that are compatible with them? |

Anyone in Edinburgh or thereabouts, Asda Straiton have their black series down to £10 for the older series! Had 2x Flametrooper, 1x Han, 1x Phasma and 1x FN-2187 last night.

Been in 3 Asda's this week, not one had them reduced unfortunately. I asked, and said to them that they were being reduced in other stores but nothing. Wouldn't have minded getting Phasma for a tenner. I picked up an unmasked Kylo in Toys R Us the other day. They were stocked up with Rouge One series, 3 displays full of them. |

Anyone found #19 Kanan Jarrus, #20 Ahsoka Tano, and #21 Luke Skywalker in the UK? We seem to have missed this series and gone straight to the "Rogue One" figures (#22 on)...

I saw Luke and Ahsoka just once in Forbidden Planet a couple of months ago. Seems unlikely that major stores will get it, but last week in TRU they did somehow restock the very first Force Awakens figures (Chewie, Kylo, Rey without lightsabre) so there's a chance they might get it eventually. |

Home Bargains have the Force Awakens Black Series figures in for £5.99! They are ones that didn't pass quality control so most of the paint apps are a bit iffy. I passed on 3 Reys because of bad paint. But I did get Chewbacca, Finn, Kylo and a stormtrooper. They all looked good and at £5.99 I'm not gonna be too fussed either way as long as they look acceptable.
I already have Kylo and the stormtrooper but you can never have too many troopers and I want to try and remove the hood and cape on Kylo to create his look before meeting Han on the bridge.

Few paint smudges here and there but nothing noticeable once blended in with the rest of the collection. Chewie's weapon is weirdly soft and warped as hell but the figure is perfect. I think the defect with my Kylo is that his hood is huge but I plan to cut that off anyway so no problem. Some of the Kylos that I saw on the shelf had misaligned silver deco on his mask so it's worth looking through them if you find any. |

 Parents are in Florida atm and picked me up these. God, I love America. Figures in the pic range in price from $15 to $20 Will use 2 of the C3POs for trades for black series figures I'm after, not selling them. Palpatine is also for a trade. |

Tesco has all 6" Black figures for (something like) £12.36... they also have a 3 for 2 offer on all toys, so it works out at just over £8 per-figure(!). At my local, they had the new/Rogue 1 wave and the wave with Han, Jango Fett etc.

What is a fair price for a black series Finn in the storm trooper attire? I am not a black series collector but really like that figure. Thanks in advance
