I'd love to get in better shape, but it's not gonna happen. I'm not eating tofu and asparagus. And I'm not running unless it's from a bear or the cops.
So if anyone here does magic, let me know!

I worked out 4 nights this week for about an hour to an hour and a half at a time. I think for me the problem with working out is I overwhelm myself because I want instant results, and the idea of having to put months to years to get the ideal body I want seems like this unachievable task. I'm now going into it with the mindset of enjoying each step and that has really contributed to me being excited about working out. Setting smaller short term goals for myself in the first week is keeping me encouraged.

Honestly I don't wear my watch when I'm exercising and the bike doesn't have a clock or a timer on it so my best guess would be 10-15 minutes depending on my speed.

Been a long time since I posted on the forum. I'm happy to see my health thread still being here as I feel it is important we all stay healthy and live long lives.
I was 230 lbs when I made this thread. Today, I weigh in at 195.4 lbs. Tbh, most of my weight loss was eating with more control and walking around a lot at work. Now, I'm trying to gain muscle and go to Planet Fitness for now.

Going on week 3 of regularly working out. I know that isn’t a long time but it feels good to be back in a routine. Also tried working out early before work this morning and I really enjoyed it. I doubt I’ll make it a regular thing but who knows.

I doubt I’ll make it a regular thing but who knows. it really is crazy how quickly you feel the positive boost from exercise and just staying productive. March has been the only month this year I’ve truly kept busy, and it’s been great. shoulders tmw!

was back day yesterday. also reupped on hemp protein and multivegg protein.
now that I’m getting closer to 30 it’s slowly been harder to lose the gut. I’m usually a pretty skinny guy so this is new. gonna hafta add in cardio and refine my diet to achieve what I wish by Summer.
