I gave up eating Pizza for lent, and still haven't had any. I've been eating granola bars, fruits, raisins, hummus, wheat bread, grilled chicken salad regular and ceaser, 8 bottles of water a day, protein shakes. 3 times a week I'll have regular dinners with plenty of vegetables. I'm cutting back on sugar in my coffee as I drink it black, keep it up

I appeared to have gained a little weight. I'm a little peeved. I'm trying to cut back on my nighttime eating. I did 25 Situps yesterday

Ok so I went to Dunham's Sports today to look for replacement straps for an exercise bike and they didn't sell them. My brother removed them from our bike and I can only find the one pedal strap. I'm setting a curfew to my nightly eating habits. Last night I had some baby carrots and nothing else. I went downstairs to the kitchen for something else and I resisted the urges.

I did arms on Saturday and some legs yesterday.
I can do 100 free weight squats easily. I thought that was mildly good. then I saw a picture of some buddies who do CrossFit. in one workout they did:
ran a mile 100 pushups 100 pull-ups 300 squats and ran 1 more mile
all with a 20lb weighted vest
I officially don’t feel that impressive any more at all. lol. but I’m inspired by the fact that they can pull that off, so I’m going to try and build myself there

I can't do pull ups though. pull-ups are hard! especially wide grip. Dorian Yates, acclaimed retired professional bodybuilder, claims that wide grips aren’t even necessary for full lat activation. so don’t feel too bad if the wide grip ones are difficult. I did shoulders today. legs are STILL sore from Monday.

Been doing 10k and half marathon races for a while now but thought I'd start doing something different so I've just signed up for my first obstacle course run. The fun thing is a few of my friends who aren't really into fitness have signed up as well so it should be a good laugh.

I did 50 situps this morning. I ate an English muffin for breakfast, and an apple for lunch, and had a tiny dish of ice cream. I've cut back on my eating choices. I got back on the bike tonight and did 6 miles. I now have to put 4 D Batteries in the bike since the battery is running low. I went 4 miles and stopped for a few minutes and then started to ride the other 2 miles.

I did 100 sit ups yesterday. I did 25 as soon as I got up today. I think I'm losing weight slowly. I still haven't been eating like I used to at nighttime. I also bought 4 D batteries for the bike. I just wish the bike didn't require batteries

I have went cold turkey on energy drinks. good choice. those things are trash. I’ve been working out 6/7 days of the week for the last two weeks. results are coming in steadily. eating around 3500/calories a day which at times is pretty intense but I’m adjusting.

been going every day but sundays now all this month. deadly lol. but i'm seeing some real progress.
the goal i have, is despite having a herniated L5/S1, is to strengthen up as much as possible and attend wrestling school this fall. i turned 29 on saturday and i'm realizing if i ever want to pursue that dream, i need to do it now. not planning on it being a career, but if i can get a good foothold in the indies for a few years that'd be awesome. we'll see if my back allows it.

really didn't want to work out tonight, felt exhausted from work and had a long day. I decided to force myself to anyway and now I feel great afterwards. Definitely seeing results after these past few months too which feels good.
