Not really happy with my body and my current weight. Really want to get into better shape but I lack motivation. Starting Monday though, I am working out! Even if I am not motivated I will get my butt to the gym and do it. Gotta push myself! Hopefully by year's end I will finally be at a weight I am happy with.

I’ve been going strong for 11 months now but it took me a few months to actually join and get going. I kept making excuses until my buddy just told me to stop talking about it and just do it. I saw this posted on Instagram and saved it in my phone. Maybe, hopefully it’ll help you too. Good luck man and keep us posted here.

Thanks man, I was always one of the smaller kids until about 9 months ago. I have stopped running all together because of the knee impact. I started using cardio bikes. My lungs are a bit small for my body's oxygen needs but I'm holding together good. I started at 15 minutes because that's how long an average wrestling match would be. I'm an aspiring pro wrestler, actually got some training last year. I am as well, I was training in late 2017. But I wasn’t mature enough to handle it. Right now I’m focusing on starting my career in law enforcement, and balancing that as stable ground to go back to Wrestling School. But props to you for keep it intense! I been urging myself to get back into cross fit, for the day I go back to Wrestling School. It’s hard being young and wanting to do a lot, even though I’m only couple years older then you. Never give up and lose hope. 16 is perfect age to put all your heart into something, and I regret I couldn’t because I wasn’t ready. Never stop believing homie.

Current updates
I haven’t been eating the most clean, however since I’m running a lot and I feel pretty good it’s not effecting me at all. However, I definitely need to chill.
Lately I try to go on two 1.5 mile runs. Then typically a 3 mile run once week. Then I try really fast sprint for .25. However lately it’s just been 3 1.5’s
I’m also starting daily push up challenge, adding one more each day. But with soreness and messing up my ankle little bit it’s little rough.
I lift weights 3 days of the week. One arm isolated Hammer Curls 7 reps of 30 7 reps of 35 5 reps of 40 5 reps of 40 5 sets of 30 5 sets of 40 5 sets of 35 Sitting Hammer Curls duel armed 7 sets of 30 7 sets of 30 7 sets of 30 Overhead Tricep Dbell Extension 7 sets of 45 7 sets of 50 7 sets of 55 7 sets of 60 12 sets of 35 One Arm overhead DBell extension 7 sets of 15 7 sets of 15 Waiter Curl 7 reps of 35 7 reps of 35 7 reps of 40 Barbell Curls 7 reps of 60 7 reps of 60 7 reps of 50 12 reps of 40 Cable Curls 5 reps of 80 Reverse Cable Curls 10 reps of 25 7 reps of 30 10 reps of 25 Tricep Rope Pulley pulldowns 12 reps of 30 12 reps of 30 15 reps of 25 Tricep rope pulley overhead extension 10 reps of 25 12 reps of 25 One arm isolated Tricep pulley rope 15 reps of 25 15 reps of 25 Chest Standard Bench Press 50LB added to bar Bench Press 7 reps 70LB added to bar Bench Press 7 reps 80 LB added to bar Bench Press 7 reps 80 LB added to Bar Bench Press 10 Lb added to bar 12-15 reps Bench Press

Does anyone do Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning? I know there is supposed to be a lot of benefits, was curious if anyone has done it and seen any results.

I've for sure heard of this a lot, one of my buddies was doing it. But, he mainly just does cardio. A lot of it. He says it's helped him speed the process up. I am not to sure, though. I been curious, a lot of people stand by this method strongly.

My wife is into the apple cider vinegar but she has always said that drinking it is nasty and harsh. She’s tried a few different pills and gummies and these are her favorite. It might be worth checking out if you want to try some.

So I've said this before but it's important to this question. I'm 5'11 or 6' and about 170-180 pounds. I just recently turned 16. Been back in the gym for a couple of months now after a shoulder injury. I've got a good amount of strength, but how do I gain muscle mass? I want to be as big as possible while keeping what agility I have. I am an aspiring wrestler who's just trying to bulk up as much as possible.

I am an aspiring wrestler who's just trying to bulk up as much as possible. get a mass gainer from a supplement store. take one of those beginning of the day with breakfast and at night. eat high protein, high calorie food. train heavy (but safely) with weights. start slow and figure yourself out. focus on performing the exercise properly instead of lifting as heavily as you can. allow yourself time.

I also would advice do some of the cardio you were doing. Just because, when I was that age I ballooned up on high protein diet. And some times your body can't digest enough, so always look for some good fibers to eat with the protein. And track yourself over the next few months. I got from 185-200 in the last 2 years. And I put on a lot of fat, but I leaned it out. And pretty much stayed the same weight. Everyone's little different. We all gain fat putting on muscle, but some of us get it a lot more then others.

had a good back day session this morning and a 12oz steak for tonight. tmw is a rest day which is good news as I’m a bit banged up - right knee has I believe a strained ligament and my neck has a locked muscle that I’m alleviating currently.
3 months till Summer!

I feel like I’ve been thrown off ladder in TLC match. But, I’m going to clean up my diet again and start adapting and monitoring it again. I’ve gained maybe 1.5 lbs of fat which is fine, since I did gain muscle. However, I’m debating messing with creative in much smaller amounts. But, I’m not sure. My body seems really exhausted, so I think I’m going to rest up for two days.

So I still went on a run today, I ran 2 miles. I also walked around 5 miles. I needed to purge my body from all the bad eating and bloating I had. So I feel a lotttt better. However, I am due in for new running shoes.I can feel my back hurt. Still tight with money due to my employment limbo. So, hopefully sooner rather then later.

After losing a lot of weight I've noticed that I have lost a lot of strength. Trying to maintain weight whilst increasing strength slowly.

What would you guys recommend to flatten and tone a little bit of a belly? Weight isnt an issue at all, just the visual.
