What would you guys recommend to flatten and tone a little bit of a belly? Weight isnt an issue at all, just the visual. some cardio - biking, swimming, long walks, etc. along with just trying to keep the amount of sweets and junk food down and have a relatively clean diet. if you wanted further toning, you could do some light weightlifting. even free weight stuff is good, like squats, sit ups and pushups.

Been doing some of my cousins boyfriends workout, and it's really cool to try other routines. And I feel more versatile. Been slowly working on my running times, mainly just doing it out of boredom.

Last time I went to the doctor I got weighed. I lost 2 lbs. I stated walking at the track again two pounds is not a large enough fluctuation to say there’s any difference. you could’ve simply not ate before going in and that would explain the two pound difference. been pushing the home workouts still. almost caved on buying a crazy piece of equipment at 2g, but I’d have everything if I was to buy it...

So far running a mile and half at like 13:05, so I am down about 45 seconds to minute. Not the fastest guy in the room at all, and also have hard weight lifting routine doesn't make it the easiest to run timely. My track runner pal keeps trying to get me to run better and better. So the next goal is get it under 13 for my mile and half.

What was the equipment? Some people jump between 5 pounds during different days I have seen. However small things even like walking can make big changes and cause good 10 lbs to be lost in very quick period of time.

So I bought Bench set for my home gym, but I am using Curl bar which is fine for now. I am truly debating just building a home gym at this point.

Started to get back at it since I’m off work for the foreseeable future and my job (scaffolding) tends to help me keep the weight off, forgot how much training sucks in the beginning ahaha

I don’t have that type of room currently.

My gym closed about two weeks ago, I haven't been able to workout until yesterday. I've got a bench and a total gym. I should be alright, y'all stay safe out there.

my private gym reopened for individual sessions and it was so nice to use the machines again. did a back day and really felt it - especially some heavy weight lat pull downs!
back in there tomorrow and a rest day today. hope you’re all keeping busy with all this time on our hands.

I forced myself to work out tonight for the first time in months. I think October was the last time I worked out. I had to take it slow but I did everything that I used to do. I already feel sore as but I'd really like to try and get back on a routine. I think working out was good for my mental health and just made me feel better overall.

I’ve taken up walking several times a day as a non impactful way of cutting through a lot of the calories for leaning out. I’m also planning to switch to bison meat instead of beef as the macros are pretty substantially different.

You know you've reached Quarantine rock bottom when you're legitimately interested whether the guy from Athlean X is using fake weights in his videos.

I mean, I don’t think it really matters? that dude isn’t setting any records or doing any overly impressive lifts now brad castleberry’s weights? reasonable doubts there

Athlean X is all about form and the quality of the reps, so the amount of weight is irrelevant to his program anyways. I just have to appreciate how I fell into the rabbit hole and have watched various videos on other people's opinions on it lol.
