Just been sprinting/running and working on my cardio to keep in shape since I can't lift till my finger heals it's killing me man.
But I suprised myself I ran a 5.55 mile pace for a quarter of mile for sprinting. Now for 225 dude it's pretty damn good for me.

I am officially down 25lbs in ~1 month after going Keto. I barely exercise (40 total minute walk to Target and back). T
Truly has been the answer to my prayers

I do exercises 5 times a week. Try to mix it with yoga and stretching. Heavy lifting - once a week. I am not trying to lose weight but happy to get rid of some fat on the sides. I ordered some good hormones Hutrope and my body responded pretty well on it. The product is original and delivery came pretty fast. Very happy with my health and my look these days.

I just found this thread by accident, but I'll contribute! I weighed in at 15st 5lbs today, down exactly 2 stone since the end of May. At first I was just dieting, then I started doing some Ring Fit on the Switch, along with following some workouts on YouTube using dumbells. Then in the last few weeks I've been actively tracking my food intake, limiting myself to 1900-200 kcals a day and drinking 2 litres plus of water a day.

Bought a tension puller from amazon to do some more exercise. I took a trip to target shopped the women's department and bought a women's sports bra, to help keep my chest compressed while exercising, and a pair of leggings much better than sweatpants or shorts, they stay true to skin, and don't fall off while doing heavier exercises. I'm doing the my stuff at home so wearing womens clothing don't phase me, rather keep healthy and in shape. I talked to a guy that is a personal trainer and he recommended womens clothing route to do exercise. I drink nearly 10-12 cups of water a day. Been drinking Bai, seltzer, unsweetened tea, the occasional diet soda just to change things up. Eat lots of fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables. Eat stuff in moderation have 1 ice cream a week, then the other nights whole fruit ice bars. decent enough calories between 60-100 depending on fruit.

I've been reading a lot, and watching a lot of Jeff Cavaliere on YouTube. That guy gets really granular, as Jeff Jarrett likes to say. That's athleanx right? He's usually really good, though I giggle the couple times he's definitely used fake weights cuz it's like "why, you're not weak". I've gotten a lot of core/mobility stuff from him over the years for the kids I coach.

I’ve been back at the gym full schedule for a few weeks now and oh my god I am tired all the time outside it lol
hard adapting period, I thought I’d hop right back to where I was. well I accomplish the workload, but then I’m dead until rested. another few weeks and I should be tuned up though.

I got weighed at the Dr. today. I lost a lb JC that isn’t really losing weight, you may have had less water retention that day or simply had ate more before going in last time. weight loss should be tracked by intervals - like every 10lb is notably a change in weight for example.

i closed my rings the other day sooo that was good...been saying now thats its gettin coldy i need to take better adv of the gym in my complex, which is surprisingly dope/tricked out. maybe i'll even post some progression pics and me & hollywood asia can have a rematch to our 2004 ab-off lmao
