Going tee total on crisps/chocolate & chocolate biscuits until the end of the year. I'm at my heaviest in a few years weight wise so I'm gonna try and lose some of it by the end of the year. Really want to get back in good shape so I've got the motivation.

the new diet I am following is demanding, high protein and high carb but when I manage to stick it I get great results. just have to adapt.

I'm trying to lose weight so far I'm at 348 now, I been walking a mile or more everyday, I was weighing over 420 back in March

You’ll keep dropping weight and getting in better shape over time simply walking longer distances. Like they say, you’ve gotta walk before you can run.

I am now probably in the best shape of my life appearance/strength wise. I think my endurance could still use a fair amount of work, and that slips with age (I’m only 33 but nonetheless), but it’s been a successful last 8 months since I really got back going after a shoulder injury.
it’s been a really good outlet that I’ve at times have let take over my life a little too much. working remotely, I can build a whole day around the eating, going to the gym, recovery period. gym has a a sauna and pool. sometimes after a swim you’re ready for a second workout.
