oh nice, that’s a hefty amount! Yeah I slacked off for a couple years would have already hit 100 if I didn't.

had an insane workout yesterday where I went with a few guys I’d never hit the gym with. they’re into some exercises I’ve never even tried out - like frame carries strongman style. smoked me good. had to take the day off today from gym but it was exciting to see how adding to my repertoire will expand my strength.

Love how good of a workout yoga, planks, and push-ups (usually not all in the same day) are on days I don’t have time for the gym

Not feeling very well these days, so I'm sticking to some easy stretching exercises. It's been three weeks since I started experiencing a blocked nose and a persistent cough, and it still hasn't gone away. I've been researching some basic vitamins on a Canadian Pharmacy website that might help boost my immune system, but so far, I haven't decided which ones to try.

Been going to the gym consistently since Cody won the title. I told myself if he finishes his story I’ll finish mine. So far I’ve lost 15 pounds but want to keep going. Also I got my bench PR up by 20 pounds so I’m glad about that.

I’ve had an injury to a ligament in my left knee, aggravated my lower back and shoulder injury, had some issues with foot muscles - basically I ran myself into the ground. was being too hard on myself outside the gym and then still being very intense in the gym. at 34, something had to give a bit so it’s a lesson.
I’ve been doing pro wrestling training a few times a week, so that’s where the extra abuse is coming from. luckily I’m developing much needed ring calluses finally.
gym routing is becoming regular again and my knee is healing, albeit a bit slower than hoped. best to respect the process there.
potentially looking at back surgery in the next year.
debuting in pro wrestling in September!

I worked out for the first time in weeks today. I also went food shopping and cut out any of the garbage items I usually would buy. I mainly need to cut out beer and soda, the rest of my diet doesn’t seem like it’s going to be a big sacrifice to change.
I want to drop like 20 lbs ideally. I am counting calories now but I’m pretty sure the soda and beer alone is going to help a lot.

I hit 300lbs on the bench today, finally getting back to where I used to be. I used to go a lot in the military and then for a few years after but stopped when my daughter was born and she's 2 now so I was out for at least that long. Lifetime PR for bench was 325 for 5 and I've always wanted to get to a 405lb bench. Maybe this year or next.

I've long given up on the 405 bench (I hit 365 and called it a life lol), but the 3 pie clean and jerk and 600 dead are still in my crossfires
