I've got a 2mi run tonight, then I can rest on my 32nd birthday. Saturday is the first 5K in my summer series, so no cake or ice cream until after it. If I can keep my speed force constant, I should run this in 35 mins. June 14th I start my gym membership; today I weight 265lbs.

If I can keep my speed force constant, I should run this in 35 mins. June 14th I start my gym membership; today I weight 265lbs. I ran a 10K against my Biochemistry teacher a few years ago. She was 40... 6'3 in height and hot as . She was a star basketball player in college and stayed athletic and active even to this day. Anyways, I beat her and talked a lot of ****, all in good fun of course. What made it funny was I wolfed down a Burger King whopper meal prior to the race (with a diabetes-iducing Coke to go with it). She was super healthy and hadn't had any kind of fast food since she was probably a teenager. Obviously, you have to chalk much of the win up to the age difference and physiological differences I have as an athletic male. She could probably outdistance me though, as she's run multiple marathons. Most I ever did was a half-marathon. And that was pretty challenging in of itself. It's not that I'm not capable of a full marathon. I just worry about what that would do to my knees. I really don't believe humans were ever meant to run 26 miles at once. But who knows? Sorry, that had like nothing to do with anything about you whatsoever. Forgive me. I'm in a reminiscent mood tonight. Good luck with your 5K and gym journey.

Thinking about purchasing DDP Yoga. Which package do you recommend? I got the deal that Austin/Y2J used to promote on their podcasts. They may still have that package. It was all the discs, a book and poster for like 70-80 bucks shipped

DDP yoga paired with a cleaner diet and significantly less sugar intake. It made my body feel better overall. I probably never felt better physically, to be honest.

Thinking about purchasing DDP Yoga. Which package do you recommend? Download the app and you'll get everything, plus it's constantly being updated. You've just got to pay a subscription fee, which I think a years subscription is $120.

just got back from the gym and got a shake in me. was hungover but the shakes brought me back to life. been doing two scoops of hemp protein, 1% milk, half tablespoon honey, big spoonful of peanut butter made with only peanuts, and oats. do that a few times a day and it does wonders. i did legs so hopefully i'm not hobbling too much tomorrow.

My 5K run ended in 36m08s, shaving 10% from my pervious time. I'm happy with the improvement and will continue to strive for improvements. It is my goal to run a 5K within 30m. To help shed weight (currently 264lbs), I've decided to join a gym. I plan to start tomorrow, but it could be as late as next Tuesday.

I've lost ten pounds in the last two months from working at my job. It's physical and I am liking the results. Let's hope I can keep it up.

Okay guys. I don't mind have the stomach fat, but these moobs/puffy nips have to go. Suggestions!?! Anyone have or had this issue? you may suffer from gynecomastia. It's a horrible condition that alot of men have, including myself. I consider myself to be in decent shape. I eat pretty decent and have a good amount of bulk/muscle definition yet I still suffer from man boobs. It's probably what I want changed the most about myself, yet no matter how hard I try to get rid of it, it really only reduces in size but never seems to go away. I've read up on topical creams and pills to help combat the stuff, but they really only seem to do what exercise and diet does. And there's an astounding amount of males who are affected by this, now whether many admit to it or not is a different story, but I have it and not afraid to say that I've tried and tried to get rid of it, but I've probably had a decrease of maybe 50%.

I mean, it wasn't like this months ago. So, I'm assuming I just have too much fat there.

...and i'm dead. gonna try and do this every goddamn day for now on. i read that burning 3500 calories a week is a good number in cardio for losing fat at a good pace.

That may be the case then brother Go down to your original weight, if you still have bitch titts, more likely than not your going to have surgery to fix it. I can't recall the name of the surgery, I do know The Rock had to have it done.
