I will say, the 20 super-kicks per match comment is pretty spot on. There are a few out there that seem like that is the only move they do. And then everyone claims they are the greatest thing to ever happen to wrestling. I don't agree or understand it, but to each their own, I suppose.

How can anyone seriously defend this scumbag who, A. is lucky to still be employed, B. has had EVERYTHING handed to him and C, just a miserable prick?

His relationship with Hunter and his last name are the only reasons he's lasted this long.
This guy has failed 759 wellness tests but is still employed?

I can put my dog in a headlock. I could absolutely be friends with the boss, and be lazy as if that's how it works in the real world. Not that I prefer someone like ospreays fake ass, but come on... Lmao Orton... Talent. Hahahahaha

I am not a Randy Orton fan at all, he has been phoning it in for over a decade and his matches 99/100 put a sleeper hold on the people watching. BUt holy crap is he right on the money here! I actually think a lot of NXT matches fall into his description as well!

Not really sure about everyone saying Orton isn't talented, his Legend Killer run was one of his most fruitful periods.
The spamming of the superkicks and over the top flippy crapdo feel excessive

Says the man who just competed in one of the worst wrestlemania matches ever and followed that turd up with the house of horrors match. Dude is boring as hell outside of the odd single match once a year.
Keep trolling Randall.

And neither one of those matches sucked because of the participants ring work it was because of the stupid visual effects (WM) and the horror movie filming of the HoH match. If both those matches were just in ring matches without the special effects or horror film prematch they would have been good matches.

If both those matches were just in ring matches without the special effects or horror film prematch they would have been good matches. So its ok for Randy to target the talent and not the match booking? Yes. Because it is the talent who is deciding what they do inside of the ropes until they get to the finish. They are the ones deciding on the multiple dives and superkicks in their matches. I bet neither Bray or Randy came up with the ideas of having the lighting turn the ring into giant maggot films at WrestleMania or have a pretaped house of horrors match in a house that looked like a B movie. They just had to deal with the hands they were given.

The spamming of the superkicks and over the top flippy crap do feel excessive I agree, don't forget the whole 'IED' thing in the vs. Triple H /McMahons storyline in 2009 too which was superb. I feel like people in this thread are taking Orton's comments as a personal attack and are trying to defend Indy wrestling by criticising his accomplishments 😂
