Absolutely.

Like I said nothing is set in stone but I'm leaning towards the gimmicks retrospective as there's so many to choose from through the years. I think we can get some good discussion outta em.

Survivor Series 1993

Your Hosts- Vince McMahon and Bobby Heenan

Team Razor- Razor Ramon, Randy Savage,123 Kid and Marty Jannetty vs Team IRS- IRS, Diesel, Adam Bomb and Rick Martel- Savage here is replacing Mr. Perfect who right before this event was having back problems which was a problem during his WWF run. Big pop for Savage as this was his 1st PPV match since the Rumble the previous January. Diesel is the 1st to go after 10 minutes after signature flying elbow drop from Macho Man. Savage is the next to go after Crush comes out and distracts em leading to IRS rolling him up. I was never a Crush fan but this feud he had with Savage here was well done. They were friends in real life but they really made you feel like they hated each other. IRS is the next to go after a Razor's Edge from the bad guy. He would get his revenge seconds later after Razor has Martel up for an Edge but he gets hits with the briefcase leading him to roll to the floor and counted out. Take that you tax cheat!This would lead to a feud between heading into the Rumble. We are down to Bomb and Martel vs Marty and the Kid. The kid sunset flips Martel and just seconds later Marty sunset flips Bomb to win the match. Those last 5 minutes were great with the babyfaces playing the underdogs well. They would form a team after this leading to a brief tag title run in early 94 before they would lose em that same week to the Quebecers.Fun opener with a hot crowd to boot.

Team HBK- Shawn Michaels and his Knights vs The Hart Family-Bret,Owen,Bruce and Keith- Jerry Lawler was originally in the match but was axed after legal problems came up. He would return at WM X. HBK was a good substitute as he has history with Bret stemming from the previous SSeries.Family Feud host Ray Combs is in the booth for this one. My favorite host in that shows history. Black Knight is the 1st to go after Owen hits a missile dropkick from the top. After a long stretch The Red Knight is the next to go after Bret locks in the sharpshooter. Just minutes later the Blue Knight who you can clearly tell is Greg Valentine is eliminated from by Owen with the sharpshooter. Its down to the whole Hart clan against Michaels. We get the big spot of the match when Owen knocks Bret off the apron leading to him getting rolled up for the 3. Heenan-'' You know what Stu just said to Bret on the floor? Eh yeah get up you know good lazy bum!'' Michaels eventually bails and gets counted out which gives the 3 remaining Harts the win. This was fine but the length of it does hurt it a bit. This would start the classic Owen heel turn which would culminate at the Rumble. I gotta mention Heenan's commentary here as he's on fire the whole match. Him ripping on the Harts was gold. Heel announcers take notes as this is what a true HEEL commentator sounds  like. Long live The Brain!

Next up is a brief intermission as they recap the feud between the Foreign Fanatics and The All Americans.

RNR Express vs The Heavenly Bodies for the SMW Tag Titles- This was apart of a deal the WWF had with SMW which lasted for a little while. Gorilla Monsoon and Jim Ross are on commentary as Vince and Bobby head over to Radio WWF. What a flop that was.Good match with both teams blending well. This felt like an old school NWA match. Shame the crowd was dead but that's understandable. Finish comes when Jimmy Del Ray comes off the top and nails Robert Gibson with his tennis racket. We got new SMW tag champs!

Team Bigelow- Bam Bam Bigelow,Headshrinkers and Bastion Booger vs The 4 Doinks- Men on a Mission and The Bushwhackers - Yep we are at this abomination of a match. Lets get through this as quickly as possible. Samu is the 1st to go after getting rolled up after biting into a balloon filled with water. Booger Man is next after Mabel hits a big legdrop. We get the most embarrassing elimination of the match next as Fatu is rolled up after slipping on a banana peel. Yep you read that right. We get a  clean sweep after all 4 Doinks gang up on Bigelow with a dog pile. 25 years later and I still HATE the fact they made the Shrinkers and Bam Bam look like jokes here. It's no wonder they would turn the Shrinkers face right after WM X as this match killed all there legitimacy as a heel team. This would lead to the mix tag at WM X which THANKFULLY the heels would win. Terrible match here and the one black eye to this event.

The Foreign Fanatics- Yokozuna,Crush, Ludvig Borga and Jacques vs The All Americans- Lex Luger,Undertaker and the Steiner Brothers- Each team as a sub as Pierre the Quebecer was replaced by Crush after Luger took em out on Raw with his forearm. Taker replaced Tatanka after he was defeated by Borga on an episode of Superstars in his 1st loss and then right after Bonzai dropped by Yoko. Rick Steiner is the 1st to go after about 5 minutes after Borga reverses a crossbody from the top. Crush is the next to go after a little stretch after he's counted after brawling with Randy Savage in the aisle way. Like I said this feud was well done. Crush costing Randy earlier with him getting his revenge here. Good continuity. Jacques is gone next a few minutes later after Luger hits em with his loaded forearm. Yokozuna takes out Scott next with a leg drop. We are down to Yoko/Borga vs Luger/Taker. We get to the big moment of the match when Yoko and Taker are on the floor when Yoko rams Taker into the steps in which he no sell it which scares the big man almost to death.

Both are counted out moments later which leads us to Borga/Luger as the last two. This would lead to the infamous casket match at the Rumble. Luger would rally for the good ol' USA after hitting Borga with the forearm for the win. Decent main event but nothing more. Taker was the big star here but for some reason his only time in was towards the end with the sequence with Yoko. No surprise the babyfaces won but Luger by this point was beyond saving after the whole SSlam situation. Post match Santa comes out to celebrate and we fade to black.

Final Thoughts- This was a decent SSeries with the only true bad match being the Doink mess. Bobby Heenan to me is the star of the show on commentary. He really hit a home run for his last WWF PPV full time.Verdict- Recommended( Just stay clear of the Doink match)
