Here is there last match together, not good, not bad. Not sure why they didn't just bring them out as Powers of Pain, I'd imagine that Vince didn't own that name since they worked that gimmick before him. They reduced them to Dos and Uno lol |

I think the Assassins gimmick given to Warlord and Barbarian was another instance of WCW giving a familiar face a foreign gimmick maybe to make things a little interesting. Same for Black Blood, Super Invader and Yoshi Kwan as I mentioned a few pages ago. Even though most of them were wrestlecrap, it was probably better to try it then just bring in Haynes, Hercules, Warlord and Barbarian who were last seen in a major promotion being jobbers with gimmicks. I'm glad Barbarian did get repackaged with Meng because WCW didn't have a great tag division. I wonder why Warlord didn't stick around.

Warlord added to the Faces of Fear would've been great.As is though I was glad Barb/Haku got a decent run in the tag division during the late 90s.

Not sure how wcw didnt have a good tag division though. At any various points in 96 they had steiners, road warriors, luger and sting, Harlem heat, outsiders, blue bloods, nasty boys, horsemen, public enemy, the American males, studd stable and lots of makeshift teams. Pretty solid even without the faces of fear. |
