Definitely Dark Phoenix. As mentioned The Johnny Takeover is in the same style as The Uncanny X-Men. The color scheme and flames match Dark Phoenix. And Johnny Takeover font on kneepad match that from the Dark Phoenix Saga.

Now Who's Bayzler gonna drop the women's title to??? Io? Kairi??? Toni Storm gonna relinquish the uk women's title?? Probably still Belair. Remember Shayna got caught and lost her first title shot. I could see Bianca getting another go at the Mania takeover

God, Johnny Gargano has to be the most consistantly great wrestler on the planet. He is yet to have a bad match in NXT. Brilliant. Daddy Meltz is definitely gonna give that 5 stars. Ricochet is so fun to watch aswell. Great show all around. Really enjoyed it.

Tommasso is still NXT Champion and honestly I can see him having a lengthy title reign with the belt. Honestly, I wouldn't be opposed because the longer the title reigns are, they build up the prestige of the title more.

I feel like everyone liked this event alot more than me. Tag team match was great and gargano vs ricochet was pretty good but everything else was pretty meh to me.

I think the reason Bel Air lost the way she did was to help build her up more as a face. It was almost like her Austin at WM13 moment. She fought against the odds and lasted longer than most. But just failed to overcome the odds. I expect them to build her up until the next TakeOver. There she will defeat Baszler.

I don't see Baszler dropping the NXT Women's Championship until NXT TakeOver: New Jersey...I think it is in Jersey because if it is there is where I see Baszler dropping the title and Belair if she wins the title there then I see Baszler getting called up to the main roster post Mania

TagMatch and Gargano/Ricochet were excellent! ME was good too but a bit too much kicking out at the end. Loved how they sold the leg story but their characters didn't really match as opposing forces, they are too similar in a way. All in all, a GREAT show as usual!!!

Where is this going? 🤨
Surely none of these guys are getting called up any time soon?

Where is this going? 🤨 Surely none of these guys are getting called up any time soon? I think it’s gonna get us through the next month of tv while we get a clear cut challenger for Ciampa at Takeover. Triple H has made it clear he loves one on one title matches main eventing big shows. Maybe what they did a few years ago to determine the Dallas challenger. Have multi person matches each week where on guy is eliminated each week.

I also think we also build to a great tv main event at some point with War Raiders vs DYI to attempt to capture all the Nxt men’s gold.

Where is this going? 🤨 Surely none of these guys are getting called up any time soon? That should have aired to end the show. The pops for Dream, Cole, the whole segment... damn. Lots of main roster guys wish they got half that reaction as these guys get. I count six men involved... which is exactly how many spots there are in an Elimination Chamber match. Hmmm... food for thought.

I would rather see Adam Cole go for the NXT Championship, Strong & O'Reilly go for the NXT Tag Team Championship and Fish to go for the NXT North American Championship...truly make the Undisputed Era a dominant faction similar to Evolution or The Horsemen

Despite the DIY reunion I thought the ending felt a bit flat. It's always nice to see Hunter on NXT as well. You know chits getting real when you see him, a bit like how Vince was used for years on the main roster unto recently. So lame to have that segment as a "WWE.com exclusive." Would have made for a far better way to end the night. As much as that has the potential to be one of the best Chamber matches ever I'm not gonna get my hopes up. I don't think NXT have ever done a crossover stipulation match running the same time as the main roster? It would perhaps be a bit overkill with the woman's tag titles and almost certainly another main roster Chamber match the same weekend. Fantasy booking dream match right there though.

That brawl ending immediately made me think of the Elimination Chamber, which now has me thinking:
Should NXT continue to be what the other two shows used to be fifteen years ago, and start sprinkling in these big gimmick matches as and when it suits the storyline? I know they have the "War Games" PPV which can be excused because that was always a PPV in WCW. But, they have a ladder match whenever the storyline calls for it without needing to have "NXT TakeOver: Ladder Match" every year.
Could we see an elimination chamber match at the next takeover? Or an Armageddon HIAC?

I wish Hunter would work out more one-off deals for NXT.
Breeze/Liger was suuuuch a special attraction and big rub for Prince Pretty.
