You lot are all a right bunch of buzzkills being dead negative. I'm off. Enjoy the show! Are you expecting us to beg you to stay? đđ¤ Did you hate it as much as you wanted to in the end? I'd hate to think you wasted eight hours enjoying something.

Rollins vs Lesnar (c) w/Heyman- I think having this match go on first definitely was unexpected because I was expecting it to go on later in the show like near the end or even in the middle of the PPV. However, the right man in the end went over. Now we don't have a part-time champion who only defends at certain PPVs as we get a full time champion again that being Rollins. Last time Rollins was ever a World Champion was 2016 so to say that Rollins was due is an understatement. He is overdue for a title reign and plus it would make no sense for Brock to go over especially if Brock is on his way back to UFC to go fight Cormier. Plus with a full-time champion like Rollins, he can actually have programs with the WWE Universal Championship and the belt can be defended properly which is what you want for your world titles as a company.

Ryder and Hawkins are both trash and deserve to lose the tag titles tonight.
I see Cena is still a selfish piece of crap by burying Elias.
Loved seeing Kofi, The Iconics, and Becky win their matches.

Her makeup was awful compared to usual. Did you see her photos with Almas at the HOF? She looked like a guy in drag More often than not...she does look like a guy in drag. Like a lot. One of the more masculine women on the roster. Her and Shayna both. You both need glasses if you think that this
Looks like a man in drag.

I enjoyed most of the show surprisingly. But the highlight of the show was the IIconics winning

WrestleMania got off to a good start with an entertaining short segment, and Heyman storming to the ring to demand that Lesnar's match goes on first kept it unique and interesting. Rollins had a really cool intro. I was (and still am) so overjoyed that Rollins won! RAW finally has a World title again! Seth Rollins really deserves it. One of the best wrestlers in the entire world. Let's hope desperately that Lesnar s off now. Completely sick of him bringing the brand down. Good match between Randy Orton and AJ Styles. Thankfully, AJ came out victorious. One of my most highly anticipated matches of the night, and they delivered. Great match for the SmackDown Live Tag Team titles. Can't argue with the Usos retaining, even if I'd have preferred Aleister Black & Ricochet to win the titles. We finally got our first pre-match video package of the night, and it was a really good one for Miz VS Shane. You can never underestimate the importance of a well-edited video package. Despite misgivings about the match-up itself, they've told a really good story. That Falls Count Anywhere match between Miz and Shane was INSANE!! One of my least anticipated matches beforehand, and it was one of the best match of the night! Some REALLY crazy spots! I really liked the WrestleMania gear colour scheme of both Boss 'n' Hug Connection and the IIconics. I was quite disappointed with the result of the Womens Tag Team title match. I'd hoped for a lengthy reign for Sasha & Bayley to start making the titles prestigious. The first champions only hold the titles for 2 months and lose them on their second defense? Especially with their history of how badly they mishandled Sasha's title reigns? They promised to defend the titles across NXT and NXT: UK. Now that they've lost the titles, they can't do that anymore. They promised to do something and never delivered. At least if anyone had to win the titles, it was the IIconics. IIconics definitely deserved to win the titles at some point, but not now. Hopefully Boss 'N' Hug Connection win the titles back at the next PPV and actually have a long and prestigious reign, because now they've ed up the title's first reign. Huge missed opportunity to not bring SOS back for Kofi. I can't really take him seriously as a singles star when he's still coming out with the New Day theme, entrance, etc, as much as I want him to win. Kofi did it! Kofi is the WWE Champion! I honestly never in a million years ever imagined that this could happen, but it did! And we got the good title design back! Honestly, I would have been happy with just about anybody taking the title from Bryan, but I'm even more pleased that it was Kofi. What the was that US title match?! I looked away for a few seconds, and it was already over! I guess Rey's ankle must have been too hurt for a real match. Good match between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre. Feel-good win for Roman. Both men looked strong, so it worked well. WOAH!! Thuganomics John Cena is back! Never thought he'd ever return to this gimmick! Hilarious segment, and normally I hate rap with a passion. Shawn Michaels was just fantastic on commentary! Please have him commentate more! Triple H VS Batista was a far better match than I expected. Very uncomfortable to start with, but some cool spots. Why the was that crowd cheering for JBL?! HAHAHA WHAT THE - Still my only reaction to Corbin beating Angle clean. Demon Finn VS Bobby Lashley was a pretty good match for it's length. Lashley's suicide spear was great, Finn powerbombing Lashley was insane! Demon Balor finally came to WrestleMania and Finn got his WrestleMania moment! Finn is Intercontinental Champion once again! YES!!!!! SHE DID IT!!! BECKY LYNCH IS THE UNDISPUTED WOMEN'S CHAMPION!! It still absolutely sucks that WWE booked such a crapty finish when they really should have ended the show with a bang. I will never understand what on earth made anyone think that it was a good idea. But Becky winning at all was the only ending I'd ever accept. Even if they handled it atrociously, at least they had the sense to make it happen. It's just a shame that that sense didn't translate into how it happened. At least it was a good match before the ending. Overall, I'd give this WrestleMania an 8/10. Some really good moments, a couple of surprises, some feel-good moments, but a couple of horrendous creative decisions brought the show down. Regardless, this was still one of the best WrestleManias of all-time.

Overall: 10/10. Youâll probably scoff at this but Iâm gonna say. This is the greatest WrestleMania of all time. There were a bunch of great matches and the only things that were okay at best like Corbin/Angle, were kept short. Kofi/Bryan is in the conversation for best Mania match ever. That is one of the better Mania main events ever. Miz and Shane killed it. HHH/Batista was nuts. AJ/Orton ruled. The Smackdown Tag Title match ruled. And they made almost every right booking decision. Seth. Finn. Iiconics. Becky. Kofi. WWE can miss when a show goes this long but they nailed the pacing and put on a classic. I canât say enough about how great this show was. It was good, better than many recent WMs. But the show had the SNL goofs in a Battle Royal, several matches that were basically one sided squashes, and a very abrupt finish to the main event that soured what should have been a feel good go home moment. There wasn't a single match that came close to at least three if not four of the five matches from NXT TakeOver just two days ago. The best I could give for an overall rating is either 7 or 8 out of 10. I'd have to rewatch to see if the good was that much better than the bad. 10 out of 10 is really generous. Hey, this is the kind of thing I can agree with. While I have both TakeOver and Mania at 10/10, I appreciate that you actually gave a legitimate response instead of just "10/10, you stupid."

Orton/Styles definitely stole the show and it to me was a dream match that I expected to live up to its hype and it more or less did. I mean Orton put on one of his best matches in a while but then again he was in there with Styles who basically made Orton look good in this match so of course naturally it was going to be a fast paced back and forth match which it was. However, Styles going over definitely doesn't surprise me. Then again don't be surprised to see this feud continue which I think it will heading into Money in the Bank.
WWE Smackdown Live Tag Team Championships- Usos (c) vs Bar vs Black & Ricochet vs Nakamura and Rusev...in the end the right team went over. I mean The Bar have more or less been in the title picture for the longest time now and they have more or less done all they can do as a tag team so it is probably better to break up Cesaro and Sheamus. Nakamura and Rusev if anything were phoning it in in this match. To think Nakamura last year was in the main event but this year he is more or less in a throwaway match for the Smackdown Live Tag Team Championships. Rusev not that long ago was massively over because of Rusev Day but see how fast that faded. Black & Ricochet clearly are not ready for the titles yet but I won't be surprised if they do win them down the line. However, The Usos have been on a roll for a while now. It begs the question of which tag team they go up against next?
Falls Count Anywhere- Shane McMahon vs The Miz- Shane going over to me ultimately makes no sense. Why? Shane is not even a full time competitor. He is the Smackdown Live Commissioner so what sense does it make for him to go over Miz like really? Miz could have used the win a whole lot more and it would have made sense because of the family angle and Miz's family being brought into this program. However, seeing Miz's aggressiveness in this match surprised me but then again I expected this match to be physical and brutal which for the most part it was. Seeing Shane get the hell beat out of him was awesome but it would have made more sense for Shane to get his comeuppance by actually losing this match to The Miz because going over Miz does nothing for Shane really.
WWE Women's Tag Team Championships- Sasha Banks & Bayley (c) vs Nia Jax & Tamina vs Beth Phoenix & Natalya vs The IIconics- This match more or less I didn't really care about because it was more or less a washroom break match for me. However, seeing Billie Kay and Peyton Royce go over in this match was definitely the right call. If anything Sasha Banks & Bayley will most likely go their separate ways especially now that Ronda Rousey is no longer champion and they will most likely set their sights on the RAW/SD Live Women's Championships anyway. Nia Jax & Tamina if anything were just there to be there. However, I will say seeing Bret during this match was awesome but Beth definitely looks like she hasn't missed a step out there in that ring.
WWE Championship- Daniel Bryan (c) w/Rowan vs Kofi Kingston w/New Day- This is the match that I loved the most. Not only was it so back and forth but this match in my opinion stole the show. Kofi definitely earned this spot and he just showed us why. Being Ghanaian myself, I will say seeing one of my countrymen become WWE Champion...history has been made. Also seeing Kofi's family in attendance too made it all the more worth it especially seeing his wife and 2 sons for me definitely made it one of the more emotional title wins in recent memory. To cap it all off, seeing the old WWE Championship brought back for Kofi made my night because I hate that hemp/wood championship that Bryan brought in. Match of the Night in my opinion.
WWE United States Championship- Samoa Joe (c) vs Rey Mysterio- Seeing Rey's entrance basically was like a play on words because he came out dressing up like Mysterio from Spider Man which I actually was not expecting but then seeing Joe not only beat Rey Mysterio but dominate him so quickly and so decisively was unexpected to say the least. To think this was Joe's Mania debut...he definitely did not seem out of place here. What Joe needs to do is defend the title more and actually bring prestige back to that title because the US Title has been lacking for years now.
Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre- Seeing Roman go over definitely was the right result considering this was not only Roman's first singles match back but on such a grand stage there was no way Roman was gonna lose and a loss doesn't really hurt McIntyre considering he is the WWE's golden boy well he is their pet project who has more or less been protected.
Kurt Angle vs Baron Corbin- Wasted opportunity of a match right here...I definitely do not understand why they would have Angle face off against Corbin in his last match when they could have had John Cena face off against Kurt Angle or hell they could have brought back The Undertaker and have him face off against Angle in his last match...either of those 2 would have made sense. Plus having Corbin win this match...doesn't really do crap for Corbin in the grand scheme of things.
No Holds Barred- Triple H vs Batista- This match was as physical and as brutal as I anticipated that it would be. However, seeing just how sick and twisted HHH really is surprised me using pliers to rip off Batista's nose ring was disgusting. I actually had to turn away from the screen but then using that wrench on Batista's fingers was also pretty gruesome too. However, as soon as Batista took control of the match it actually got really physical from there which I enjoyed but a lot of brutal spots. Seeing Nature Boy...Naitch return here during this match and handing HHH the sledgehammer for him to get the job done against Batista made the match all the more special I guess. At least Triple H got his first win at Mania since Mania 31 when he beat Sting. However, seeing as how HHH is a Hall of Famer now it would have made more sense for Batista to actually win here and retire Triple H once and for all because then that would have actually put Batista over. However, I think WWE probably has plans for this feud to continue. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't continue which I am sure it will.
WWE Intercontinental Championship- Demon Balor vs Lashley (c) w/Lio Rush- The first time we get The Demon since SummerSlam 2018 but then seeing Balor use the Demon here at Mania...he should use The Demon more often at Manias from here on out. However, seeing Lashley drop the title back to Balor does nothing for me really. Why? Lashley should be main eventing on RAW...he shouldn't be saddled in the midcard however seeing Balor win the title back...I won't be surprised if Balor ends up going to Smackdown Live in the Superstar Shake Up with his title also going over to the blue brand.
Winner Takes All- Becky Lynch vs WWE Smackdown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair vs WWE RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey- This Triple Threat Match main event definitely could have been so much more in the sense that it could have been so much better than what we actually got. To think that this was the main event...to me it definitely didn't feel like it or come across as such. However, seeing Becky ultimately go over in the end was the right result. However with her being a double champion I can't see her having both titles if for long. I can see her dropping at least one of her titles and keeping the other one.

Hopefully next year with SDLive being on FOX, we can kinda get a 'mini Mania' the Friday before actual mania. . .similar to the NXT episode after takeovers--all the 'spillover' matches that weren't able to fit on the card being resolved then.
I think this year we could have had Joe / Rey, Nese / Murphy, Roman / Drew, Revival / Edgeheads and a battle royla or two on the Friday before show.
Then have moved the women's or SD Tag match to the pre-show. Then we have a nice, neat 9 match card that could run 5 hours (not 8) and feel less draining.
Definitely agreed tons of moments this Mania felt rushed (especially the Triple threat). Takeover NY was so phenomenal & that was because they didn't force matches for the sake of it and each individual one could breathe and exist on its own.

i cant watch 7+ hours of WWE wrestling in one sitting ever again. i just cant. you all will laugh but i honest to god love wrestling, its been my #1 thing in my life since 1990. but what they have turned Wrestlemania into is just wrong. its too much. its just TOO much. Agreed. Imagine being there but with an obstructed view thanks to those pillars and having to watch mostly on the screens. I had a lot of fun and am glad to have finally knocked WrestleMania off my bucket list. But I was a little bummed when I got to my seat and saw one of those pillars practically down the center of the ring. What can you do I guess But yes the show is way too long. You get to a certain point and itâs like âoh wait thereâs still McIntyre/Roman, Joe/Mysterio, Balor/Lashleyâ. HHH and Batista have a long sluggish match. Hopefully this is the end of the over reliance of the part timers.

The results were good but man very few of the matches and/or finishes made sense. Just, it was a waste of potential which I think can sum up WWE in general nowadays tbh. I came to say basically the same thing. Overall I enjoyed the show but I started late and skipped everything from the beginning of Elias's segment up to the main event. I can't believe they actually ended Kurt Angle's career with the ing TGIF waiter. Ugh. But I digress. From what I actually watched, everything from the Women's Read Title match on was pretty good. I popped the most when the IICONICS (or however it's spelled) won. It took a while but they've grown on me and I'm a huge fan. Plus it was the only finish that was done right imo. Everything else was either anticlimactic or you could see it coming a mile away. I'm really glad they didn't have Big E turn on Kofi after the match. It would have taken away from the win. But why have his name plates ready to go? That really stuck out to me. Terrible idea; things like that take away from the product, but more on that in a moment. I'm glad Becky won. I was stated to think she wouldn't. I know that Charlotte deserved to be over of the first women to main event WM (but then again the same found be said for Sasha and Bailey) but there was just no reason for her to be in that match. She was crowbarred in and it took away from the build and the extra busy made a good portion of that match awkward imo. And this is another match from tonight where they had to do pull some ery with the finish. But there's something that has been bothering me. Has Vince completely given up on making his product look believable? I get it, it's a work. We know it's a work and they know that we know, etc. But it feels like they've given up on the suspension of disbelief. And little things like Kofi's custom belt just add to that. How long has Renee been on commentary? She adds nothing. She sits there in silence for long periods of time and then will throw out an awkward kind or two that do nothing for the show and she still sounds like she is reading her lines. I'm a fan but I don't think commentary is get things. And finally I want to thank anyone still reading this. I did not intend to ramble on this long. No, Bayley and Sasha werenât deserving of main eventing a WrestleMania. Only way that worked was with the three women that actually did it.

God help the people that sat in that arena for 8 and a half hours with enough leg room to barely place your entire foot onto the ground in front of you.
I think if WWE want to save Romans career, they need to turn him heel and give the fans the ok to boo him again. Everybody clearly wants to boo him, even wrestling fans donât have the heart to do it, so instead his matches sound pretty flat with the occasional pity clap. Wonât cheer him, canât boo him. The very thing they donât want to happen, has happened, there is no reaction for his matches at all. He was more valuable to WWE getting heat like he did, atleast it was an enormous reaction
Also, how is everybody getting those WFIGS 10 years Badges under their names? I want one

I thought the show was a mixed big. Things I liked- Rollins winning and the match going on first, Hulk Hogan's surprise appearance, Alexa Bliss as host, the Elias/Cena segment, Ryder and Hawkins winning, The Demon staying undefeated, Kofi vs Bryan, and the main event. Everything else was either ok or I didn't care for it. Surprised no Undertaker appearance.

Feel bad for Randy and AJ. The match was great on tv, but apparently no one in the arena facing the stage saw it.

I enjoyed it quite I bit. I thought every match was entertaining including the matches I really didnât care about. I am glad Ali is OK after the way his face slammed into the table. I had no issues with Angle losing to Corbin as thatâs what they do when they retire. I will say with the main event the cameras/mics caught them communicating the moves much too often for my liking. I did fully expect both challengers of the titles matches on the kickoff show as well as Seth, Balor and Becky to win. I was surprised about the WWE title and Womenâs tag team results. Really the only issue I had with the show was Shane winning, but thatâs because I just donât care for Shane. I never have and I never will. I do wish Orton would have won instead of Styles, but it was a great match regardless of the winner.

Was top to bottom a very solid Mania. My issues though: 1. Kurt Angle losing the way he did to Corbin. I get it, in wrestling when you go out of the biz, you eat the L. BUT, it has to be for the good of the business. Corbin literally brings nothing to the table. He peaked in NXT, wrestles in a skinny three-piece suit (which made sense when he was "constable"), and has zero character. This win literally does nothing to him an honestly diminished Kurt's career, because you know damn well, Kurt is going to have another match somewhere else. Total waste of Angle and an emotional sendoff. 2. Becky winning in the main event with a ing Dusty finish. The match was actually really fun and had me interested, but then it ended abruptly. Stupid finish in the main event with both titles on the line ruined the match. They didn't build to a climax for the ending and it really hurt Becky's moment. 3. 7 AND A HALF HOURS IS TOO LONG. Listen WWE, not everyone has to make the card. They could have easily thrown Joe/Rey/Balor/Lashley into the battle royal and had the SDL Tag Title Match on the go home show as the main event. I understand they want everyone on as a reward for a hard years work, but you can't always get whatcha want. They need to take a note from NXT and trim the show down to the main matches. Go back to the old formula of 9 matches and give everyone a decent allotment of time. They have the legends and characters to produce those "cool down segments" in between matches. It's ludicrous that the shows run until 12:30am on a Sunday. 4. Also, camera work in WWE in general is garbage. They cut to the fans instead of the shots of the champions celebrating or they zoom in on a move and you can't see whats happening. Not to mention the absolutely horrendous and nauseating camera cuts. Other than that, I thought it was a really solid show from WWE and the right people (Except Corbin) won in almost every match. Again, thought it was great show, looking forward to RAW/SDL this week and next to see where they go from here. I just hope that they can produce competent television going forward because that Mania hooked me again, I'm just hoping to not be let down immediately.
