this can be minnesotas last game hopefully You're just jealous because even if the Sabers won the Stanley Cup, they still wouldn't have as many fans as the little old Wild. If the Sabers win...

Anaheim is just too all-around good. Minnesota hasn't played bad at all, though. I think it's fantastic they were able to keep the scores so low with their defense.
Their lack of powerplay conversion killed them. They can't score shit.

I suppose if there's one Canadian team I'll "playoff bandwagon" for, it's Vancouver.. even though I really don't like them at all. And I rarely cheer for Canadian teams, "just because they're Canadian." Everyone thinks I'm some sort of communist because I don't support every Canadian team.
But yeah, I'll get behind Vancouver. Better than supporting Calgary or Ottawa.
All of this is void if Vancouver meets San Jose in the Western finals, though.

Most horsecrappenalty of the playoffs goes to.... the one which sent Stephan Veilleux into the box and gave Anaheim a 1-0 lead!

I think Ottawa is pretty tight. I think I can get behind Ottawa as my East team of choice from now on. Haha.

I'd be able to get behind Ottawa if they didn't have Alfie. Me hating Ottawa has nothing to do with me being a Leaf fan. It has everything to do with Alfie. He's the biggest douche in hockey.

What makes it wicked is the fact that Captain Canuck got the game winner.

I got back from the Rangers game a little while ago. I found out this morning that my friend who was able to get me tickets for the Rangers luncheon that I postead about a while ago was able to get me seats tonight in one of the MSG luxury suites up near the rafters, which means:
A. Free food.
B. No lines for the bathroom.
C. Seats so you could see EVERYTHING.
D. Gift shops with no lines.
Unbelievable experience. If anyone has ever attended an event at MSG in one of their box suites, they'd know what I'm talking about...plus, the fact that it was a playoff game was an added bonus.
1 more to go, baby! I hope we wrap it up tomorrow...

Well the Thrashers sucked some big one's tonight. The only saving grace for me is that Vancouver won.

Just got back from the Rangers game and it was single-handedly the greatest experience of my life, especially engaging in the tomahawk chops.

Hasek and Lidstrom are both playing poor games tonight. Not to mention the officiating seems to be pretty one sided. Drapes is the man though.
