Peters, you got this one. Just watch your ass next game. If these are the Rangers of the past two months, then the next game, they WILL come out fighting. These Rangers will not back down and we got screwed tonight. yes, we didn't play well, but some of these penalities are ing shit. Its getting extremely bad. Mara didn't deserve a Goaltender interfernce, as he was driving to the net. And the two holds that were called on avery were complete shit. Yes, some of the calls were good, but most of them were bad. Even with Buffalo. Briere shouldn't of been called on the GI on Luddy. Its really bad and these refs call every little bump. If we win next game, its a whole new series Peters. Speaking of Peters, where was he tonight? Did he play? Seriously, cause I didn't see him. I want to see how well he can up someone, like you say he does. And by the looks of it, your team is in invincible. If you beat us, there is no way you guys get past Ottawa/Devs or the Western Confernence. Plus, we were playing a D down, after Rozi was hit. The keys to next game: 1. Refs. Dont be ing stupid. Call the right calls. 2. Everyone, this was your wake-up call. Unleash the beast that is the New York Ranger Offense. 3. Shoot. PS- Vancouver, what the hell? 3-1!

I didn't see the game tonight since I was at work, but supposedly we dug our own grave with all the penalties the Rangers took. That's easily fixable for the next game...also, my friend told me that all of the goals the Sabres scored were on deflections or shit, so it's not like they were beating Hank with bad goals or anything. You take away the last 4 minutes of the 2nd period, and it's an entirely different game.
Rozsival could be lost for the rest of the postseason, though, and if that's true then that'll be a huge loss for the Rangers.
As far as the Avery comment goes, he was being typical Sean Avery tonight and it's going to continue all throughout the rest of this series.

He's probably on the Buffalo bandwagon since the Rangers swept Atlanta...
Dude, it's not our fault your coach was a moron and basically gave the series away after Game 2.

I'm not bragging, I'm telling the truth. Atlanta really dug their own grave in that series. Hedberg should have started Game 3 and 4, but Atlanta's coach burried that team's confidence and basically gave up after Game 2. I don't know how his team could possibly want him back next year when he basically panicked worse than anyone else on the team.
But, anyway...I really think Game 2 makes or breaks this series for the Rangers. We win Game 2, I think it takes a ton of pressure off. If we lose, Games 3 and 4 are undoubtedly both must-wins for us. We can still win this series, but if we don't win Game 2 I'll be worried.

now isnt the time to be bragging thug we's gotts stay focused. By the way, you and I are proof that Yankees and Mets fans can both live in harmony. We may hate the living crap out of each other's baseball teams, but at least we have the Rangers.

I'm still a Thrashers fan. They are my home town team. Before we had the Thrashes here, I was a big Sabers & Avalanche fan.

If the Rangers don't win the Cup, Buffalo would probably be my second choice. Next would be the Canucks or Red Wings. Otherwise, I probably won't give a crap.

Sence the Thrashers are out, I would want Buffalo to win the cup, if not them then Anaheim or Vancouver

I have a bad feeling about the Rangers. If they lose game 2, they are pretty much done. Whenever the Rangers get eliminated is when I stop watching. Not like I can watch all the games anyway since I don't have Versus (although I do go to other people's houses for Rangers playoff games on Versus, like tonight).
