Just got my shipping notification.
The more I see the photos the more I actually love the figures, I think they fit in perfectly..A big thumbs up from me.

I’ve received my shipping notification as well - I notice that it says ‘1 of 2’, which suggests they are shipping them in the individual boxes separately rather than both together in a single outer box, which I’m not happy with…!

Yup, just received my shipping confirmation email too. For those who got theirs already can you confirm that they are just being shipped in the shipper box that they come in from the factory like the new gen playset did or is Mattel putting them in another box?

Yeah that’s what my shipping notification say: “1 of 2” This would be a shame. Same has happened with new gen arenas, frustrating. Fair enough if people ordered more than one in separate orders but if you’ve made one order of two items, they should ship together. |

Out of interest, did everyone get a shipping notification email? I think the one’s that despatch from stock got shipping details, the ones still to be made don’t get shipping details for a few more weeks |

I ordered within ten minutes, 2 seperate orders, one going to home address (nothing yet), and an order to my PO box (will be checking it on Tues). No shipping notice for either order yet. I have a FedEx account though, so if anything is shipping with them I would see an email when the label gets created and haven't seen one yet. Didn't notice until these close ups that the hearts on the singlets are just an outline with black in the middle, had thought it looked like the 2-tone pink/purple from the previews. Yeah, Bret looks weird, how hard would it have really been to give him silver shades if this is a 90/91 attire? Now I gotta waste money to find a replacement head assuming the glasses are molded? And with Anvil having his shades, I'm either going to need to find a Bret head with shades, or find an Anvil and Bret heads w/out shades to swap both. And Volkoff, I don't really need him anyway, but he looks bad too, they should take that Shamus mold and encinerate it. And assuming mine will likely come with warped cards too, another miss yet again is the card art, so I'll be buying a custom tag team card for the Hart Foundation on ebay. The others I don't care enough about to have MOCs to display. i guess life’s hard all round |

My two sets are for my collection so I'm worried for that (as I always am with anything I have delivered TBF  ), but if they lift the '2 per limit' then our efforts to help Mattel clear-out the stock could see that become a issue for many. |

Got both of my sets. All 4 are fantastic! Hoping we get many more retro series. Surprisingly Bret is even really good after appearing very bland from the beginning.

I didn't see it anywhere mentioned, but Bret, Jim, and Jimmy's sunglasses are molded on, as is Nikolai's hat. The megaphone is a loose accessory, though.

Series 12 is officially in the building and I have to say I'm ranking it over Series 11. I know a lot people weren't that excited for this set, I kinda wasn't either, but I'm really liking them loose and in hand. Bret is sturdy as hell, feels like he could actually drop someone with the Hart Attack for a 3 count. The body choice for Anvil doesn't bother me nearly as much as it did originally, a new mold would have been ideal but this is close enough for jazz. Nice to see Jimmy Hart's megaphone* comes with a rubber band, think I'll regret removing that bit so it's staying on for now. Despite him essentially being a repaint of Mean Gene I'd have to say it's a very good repaint, the Jimmy Hart logo on the back of the jacket looks really really nice. Obviously Volkoff is the least exciting of the set, but he does the job of looking solid next to Sheik on the shelf so he'll do just fine.

Hesitant to get back into Retros but I went ahead and grabbed this set for the Hart Foundation. If anyone wants to trade their Mean Gene for Nikolai Volkoff holler.
