another set idea, Steve, feel free to use it! lol - but what about a set of figs based off the Rumble 91 poster? Ultimate Warrior in green pants and leather vest, Hogan in a torn letterman jacket, Shiek Slaughter, Long tights Macho Man...throw in a lavender title belt... I bet you this set would sell out instantly. Everybody's under contract...

Annoyingly parcel force simply haven’t bothered to deliver one of them despite it being scheduled for the same day as one of my others. Clearly gone missing so I am going to have to contact mattel and somehow get back the customs charges I already paid on this set parcel force has lost |

I got the first set and got no customs charges, but I have heard that things since then have become a bit more strict. I really want the NWO sets, but if these start to get a large customs charge on them then I am out as I cannot justify that kind of money on these  Hopefully as they are nowhere near as large or as expensive as the New Generation Ring, customs charges wont be an issue. |

Clearly gone missing so I am going to have to contact mattel and somehow get back the customs charges I already paid on this set parcel force has lost See this is why I’m not a fan of getting stuff from abroad Royal Mail and psrcel force I don’t rate, the parcel force handling charge ontop of customs etc. I’d rather spend a bit more snd just get from the bay and then chill knowing I don’t have issues to worry about (unless they use Hermes and the package ends up on my roof or similar) A set of series 2 sold for £59.99 free postage which I’d guess Is not far off or maybe even cheaper than direct with postage and customs |

Is anyone else depressed they are still up for sale after 2 full weeks? Does not bode well for the future of this line.... Not sure what the standards and expectations are for products listed on Mattel Creations. Are they supposed to move quick? Or meant to have some shelf life? Not sure. If the limit of 2 was removed I would suspect they’d move. I know I’d buy another set. I also think the next set… if we get there… will fly. This set probably just needed a little more juice. Swap out Volkoff for Hogan and these are probably long gone. Probably just 1 figure off. Jimmy hart was nice to get. Neidhart in hart foundation attire was nice. Bret has had hasbros. No one was asking for Nikolai. If there was a solid main eventer(hart foundation bret doesn't count) it may have had more impact. |

Everyone's saying "if they put a Hogan or someone at that level in Series 2 it would have sold!" But like... that's Bret.
The lineup from series 1 wasn't actually too far off from series 2.
Big star: Piper/Bret
Popular midcard name: Mr T/Anvil
Non wrestler: Mean Gene/Jimmy Hart
Less popular midcard guy: Orton/Volkoff
Series 1 sold great, and series 2 should have as well. But the execution on wave 1 was so much better.
The real test is gonna be series 3, where it's Lex and 3 niche names AND the execution on all 4 is shit. Could be a line killer. But hopefully you guys still buy it so I can get a Lawler/Vader/Heenan/Mabel/Jarrett/Bearer eventually.

I’m debating these or the superstars he man style figs. They’re going down in resale value on the bay. I think as long as you can get a deal then the bay is the way to go. Unless they do an absolutely unbelievable box then I don’t think they’ll be hard to get hold of. I think the fact it was series 1 really helped the first set The rnb greg set and lawler set may be hard to get hold of because they’re very desirable figures. Also people are piecing them out on secondary market so if you only want 1 or 2 then that the way to go imo |
