Yeah, rewound to see Goldberg wasn't lifting anyone at that point so they needed to end the match before it looked worse.

That HAD to be an audible! Taker looks pissed! I think the plan was for Goldberg to hit that Jackhammer perfectly and taker kick out, followed by Goldberg doing the tombstone with Taker reversing into his own. After Taker almost broke Goldbergs neck with the first one, and then Goldberg almost breaking Takers neck with the jack hammer, Taker probably figure the chokeslam was the safe bet. Neither of them wanted to end up like Sting which is wise I guess.

Everything was fine up until the end, it’s not as bad as you’re making it out to be lol What was fine though? The spears? I dunno. I don’t buy nostalgia acts. Haha You shoulda flipped your tv off after the battle royal then. Of course it was going to be a nostalgia act.

Honestly, I turned it on at the end of Goldberg’s entrance. Was the Battle Royal anything entertaining? Instagram gave me the results for everything else.

I thought it was a very good show up until Taker delivering the Tombstone then the wheels feel off that match. For me I will say Triple H vs Orton was the match of the night.

That was hilariously bad. Glad nobody was seriously hurt (hopefully). Hope this shows WWE you cant rely on these guys anymore.

And now we get to have fun watching the edited video packages of that match on RAW and Smackdown as if it was the greatest match in history lol.

I just saw a gif on Twitter of Taker nearly landing on his head on a Jackhammer attempt. As a lifelong Taker fan, please just do not wrestle anymore. That could have ended horribly.

I yelled out when I saw that. I was scared as heck that he broke Undertaker's neck there. I was just relieved he started moving around lol.

On the brightside, that's the best brainbuster Goldberg's ever done.

Taker's knees look shot, he could barely jump on that move. As much as people like to crap on Goldberg, that was really not on him. Taker just could not get any lift when he tried to jump for Goldberg to hold him up long enough. It seems pretty clear that Taker will never be able to say no to Vince when it comes to wrestling another match, so unless Vince suddenly finds the heart to stop calling him (yeah, right), this is only thing to get worse.

Reports are that Goldberg may have suffered a concussion. And that him and Taker got into a argument backstage.

WWE can't be spending big money on these guys anymore, hope they learned after watching that terrible match.

Why build new main event stars when old relics like Undertaker and Goldberg try to kill themselves in the ring!
Wow, that was so bad. Undertaker and Goldberg just need to stay out of the ring.
If Goldberg had just speared Taker twice, jackhammer, and 1 2 3 then it would have been the best match ever for them.
