Yeah, this was BARELY monthly PPV quality. Certainly not Wrestlemania quality event. But WWE told me that this would be as good, or better, than Wrestlemania 🤨

Is Mansoor not an Indian name? Ali -that's an actual Arabian name. No, Mansoor is Arabic.

I just got around to watching the Triple H/Orton & The Braun/Lashley matches. Both were pretty good. I honestly think that was Braun's best one on one match in WWE.

Im almost (thankfully) to the end of this. Im totally ok with the WWE heading to Saudi for shows but they just need to send like 10 guys to wrestle in some backgammon hall one night and then keep moving on. They keep trying to hype these up to make American care with "greatest royal rumble" or "bigger then Wrestlemania" and we simply just dont care. Its a damn shame we have 8 more years of this.
Im not even going to get into their ass backwards culture that keeps women from the ring.

I yelled out when I saw that. I was scared as heck that he broke Undertaker's neck there. I was just relieved he started moving around lol. I'm really not sure why they even attempted that move. Taker's knees look shot, he could barely jump on that move. As much as people like to crap on Goldberg, that was really not on him. Taker just could not get any lift when he tried to jump for Goldberg to hold him up long enough. It seems pretty clear that Taker will never be able to say no to Vince when it comes to wrestling another match, so unless Vince suddenly finds the heart to stop calling him (yeah, right), this is only thing to get worse. They would be best using Taker in a non wrestling role. Everyone loves his entrance and persona so just have him come out and either cut a promo or give someone a chokeslam. He will always be a mega draw and the crowd pop for him no matter what so use him in the safest way possible.

Skipped through parts of the show, but decided to watch Taker vs Goldberg...
That was a complete disaster, so many scary botches. How the hell did that crowd think that "This is Awesome"

All I'm saying is that I was thoroughly entertained by the decent wrestling, and Taker vs Goldberg would have been amazing had they not dumped each other on their heads. If it had ended with the first tombstone I don't see how one could say it was a "bad" match all things considered. You have a pair of 50 year olds with all sorts of nagging injuries and one has an artificial hip.

Reports are that Goldberg may have suffered a concussion. And that him and Taker got into a argument backstage. Maybe they can settle things in a shoot fight over in bellator Goldberg-3 years Sambo, 5 years muay thai Undertaker-10 years Brazilian jujitsu possibly a brown belt, boxing Whoever is fighting Oldberg just need to let him run into things headfirst and either gas himself out or knock himself out. I bet with all that training he still looks at the ground when he punches lol

Taker is old and can’t even support his own weight. Say what you will about Goldberg but he wasn’t the issue in this match. Undertaker thinking he can perform a vertical suplex position when he shifts his weight like a friggin MACE, and also doing a tombstone reversal with a 300 pound Goldberg, is laughable and a but scary that he refuses to accept that he’s old. Keep telling us how much weight taker has lost, his weight isn’t the issue. Hes as frail as Montgomery Burns and looks like it literally pains him to move

I only caught the last five minutes so I’ll update with my thoughts on the show later

I left my house during the battle royal, so i missed the last half hour. First off, as much as i like Mansoor from the newlegacyinc streams, if they wanted a middle eastern winning the battle royal, why not Ali? I saw gifs of the Goldberg vs Taker match. Oof, that's how id describe what i saw. I'm scared to watch the first match. They've got to stop putting Taker in matches. As a matter of fact, they've got to stop putting people way past their prime in matches. That tombstone to Goldberg, thank god Goldberg didn't break his neck. Unfortunately, the Saudi prince is gonna want to see these guys, so WWE will drag these guys out and pay them tons of money to wrestle. 17 more shows to go with their contracts. Hopefully after the contract ends, they never do business with them. Big chance of this happening is Vince no longer in charge. Then again, the Saudi deal, along with the TV deals made at the time were the reasons the stock was up so high, so i don't think it'll be easy.

If Sting wasn’t forced to retire I’d 100% bet we would’ve seen him vs. Taker at a Saudi show. And id have watched it happily.

Because Ali is Pakistani born in Illinois and Mansoor is actually from Saudi Arabia. They have 2 different nationalities.

Have rarely seen a wrestler hit his head so hard after that missed spear in the corner, after that Goldberg was obviously knocked goofy and they really should have just finished the match shortly after that. After that both 'Taker and Goldberg could have been paralysed by being dropped on their respective heads. Then you had the just plain sad Tombstone reversal spot where both ended up on their arse. This was sad, but you cannot really legislate for someone knocking themselves out. Just hope that the both of them are OK and the main thing hurt is their pride.

Hasn’t it been said that the undertaker has no desire to have a match with sting? It’s all in his court and sucks we will never get to see them face off or in the ring together. Sting has said it’s the only match he has interest in.

Yup it’s been said that Taker was opposed to having the match with Sting. Which makes me wonder why didn’t he take his own advice like he told Jericho when Jericho didn’t want to wrestle Fandango at WrestleMania? He told Jericho “just do your job” and if they went to a movie audition and Steven Spielberg wanted him to “blow off his butt falling down stairs saying waka...waka...waka” you wouldn’t say I don’t want to do that because then he would just get someone else. So why didn’t he follow his own advice?

I hope he doesn’t legit feel this tarnished his career. he gave his best and tried to do his job. more respect to him. taker though, this is just pathetic at this point.

Watched bits and pieces of this last night. Taker-Goldberg did have a cool feel to it and great entrances added to that. Such a shame though. They tried but it was a botch fest.
