On their SSlam 89 match, Ventura once again is absolute gold on commentary.
Warrior hits Rude with the belt on the outside and Ventura is like''That should be a DQ! *Schiavone covers it up by saying they can be counted out* and he's like ''You mean to tell me you can shoot somebody outside the ring as long as it's outside the ring!!'' LOL

Man, Rick Rude was so good in every regard! I loved the match at SummerSlam 89 and as a kid I was so invested with their match at SummerSlam 90 and I was legit worried that Rude could take the title from the Warrior. The biggest compliment I can give Rick Rude is that as a kid I really, really hated him, but in the way that you should hate a heel because they are doing their job so good.
Reading you guys thoughts about Ventura on commentary is awesome. I always loved when he would rip on the faces and looking back now most of what he said was usually right lol.

Jesse was a true gem on commentary. He enhanced these classic WWF feuds during this time period so much.
And thing I love most about his run in the booth in both WWF/WCW is he always stayed true to that heel role.

great fued! loved both guys alot! 2 of my favs ever. loved the posedown free on USA. matches were great. cage match was worst of the 3 mainly because they really shoulda let Rude win to spice it up some. esp with his new look and all that build up.

Yeah Rude having a brief run with the belt would've been great. Bobby always wanted to have the World Champ in his family but just always came up short

Hart Foundation vs Demolition for me! I loved their match at SummerSlam 90! I have fond memories of my grandfather cracking up at Ax hiding under the ring

Loved both feuds but HF vs BB was more dramatic IMHO. Especially when you know the backstory and the real life circumstances in which the Bulldogs had to drop the titles.
HF vs Demolition in 1990 was rushed(great match at SS90) but really just a vehicle to introduce LOD & set up their feud with demolition which Vince also sh*t the bed on & rushed.
also? Ventura's contribution is absolutely immeasurable.....he's my favourite colour guy of all time.

Hart Foundation v. Bulldogs
(In the future you should do Bret v. Owen)

Oooh, this is a tough one, I love all three of these teams. I'll go with the Harts vs. Bulldogs but I hope Harts vs. Demolition comes around again.

Hart Foundation/Bulldogs
As far as Warrior/Rude, I always remember much of a shock Rude's IC title was at the time. And always liked how their feud continued on a little later at the world title level...except no upset for Rude this time, unfortunately.

Harts vs Bulldogs
Ahh good ol' classic 80s tag wrestling here with this feud.I personally never saw a bad match between these two teams during this time period.Didn't matter if it was at the Spectrum,MSG, Boston Garden etc they would always tear down the house. These matches would also give us a taste what was to come between Bret/Davey in 92 and 95 respectively.
Nothing against the 6 man but man how I wish we just got these two teams for the belts at WM III.

Yeah that SNME match is another gem.
Every time they fought I was glued to the screen. The chemistry was off the hook.
