So disappointed in that Legends set...That era of Piper needs a darker kilt with blue in it. He wasn't wearing a bright red one at that point (or at least not very often). Another later-98 Billy attire? What is it going to take to get an early-mid 98 Billy? If they wanted him to have black boots, why not have given him the black or blue long tights that he wore in 97 and early-98? And instead of Kevin Nash being the chase (either that attire and all red, or 2002/3 versions), we get JYD as a chase? When did JYD wear dark blue? And who is going to need both, outside of completists? He wore blue every now and then. Looks like around 1984/85.  Personally, I would have preferred the light blue from his Mid South days. Yeah that's from the Valentine/Santana lumberjack IC title match in 1985. He must've worn the lighter blue in WWF at some point too I would assume. |

Nash & Warlord look awesome
So happy to get more JYD (2 different outfits too!) I’m not sold on the sculpt yet, I’d have to see it in person. I think JYD needs bigger shoulders and arms, dude was a big guy.
Piper...sometimes the sculpt looks good in pics, sometimes it doesn’t. Still happy he has a new sculpt.

I'd love to see a comparison of the 2006 DX logo he criticized on this fig, and the original DX logo from the Attitude Era...
The green DX spray paint logo on the packaging for Billy (and presumably the later DX Army figures) didn't exist until the 2006 HBK/HHH DX reunion.  The dx special report when hbk, hhh and Chyna did the fake press conference/speech had this DX logo... |

I still hate the Walmart/Target exclusive concept. Kama, PoP Warlord, etc are major wants for a LOT of collectors, and "locking" them behind these awful store exclusives thing is a shame.
that's why I loved that Walmart Rock & Undertaker, every store got TONS of them, so they were easy to find..,..and they sold out because they were popular characters.

That's like saying each time the nwo spray painted somebody it wasn't the same logo, lol. Not really...The green spray paint is a specific logo that was used all over merch in 2006. It's not just a randomly spraypainted D and X. |
