Havent we had an official announcement like 900 times. Steve said its a no go. Pretty sure Bill has said its a no go and RSC the #1 online figure retailer has pulled the order. the first official word we got was Tom in this thread, RSC pulled them from being ordered before that but no word. Then finally got the email about it yesterday or day before I don’t recall Bill or Steve saying anything |

Emails are being received, Tom gave us official word that the figure was canceled. This is only going to get all political again.

While I was gonna get the chase figure, it wasn’t a must-have attire. I’m not too disappointed with it not happening. But because of the inconvenience, you sons of b*tches owe us a One night stand attire with the cool briefcase, WWE, and ECW title.

So I got my refund, but it was less than what I paid. Paid $37.99 but only got back $36.19. Wtf? I don’t even understand how they got that amount.
update: they responded stating it was because I used a 10% coupon on my order. not a good explanation imo but oh well I guess

It's common practice for retailers to refund you the net amount that you actually paid for a product. The correct refund amount should be 34.19 after the discount so Ringside either messed up or they are also refunding some of the shipping cost (which they should do, but don't have to). My refund was for the same amount of 36.19. |

To clarify, I was referencing cases where you order more than one item. If that is the only item you ordered (it wasn't in my case and assuming most people didn't order the chase by itself), of course, you should get the shipping back. It gets tricky when you order more than one item. I'm assuming they calculated a certain amount for the shipping and applied it across the board, but not every retailer will do that since it's hard to determine how much of the shipping cost is related to that one item (some cases it's a flat rate up until certain weights/sizes). Some retailers will make you cancel and replace your order if you aren't happy with the refund for shipping. |

It’s not like Bill is going to all of a sudden say that the figure is actually coming out. Refunds are already being issued. We don’t need any word from Bill or Steve. |
