Where’s the manafacturer code Should be on the bottom of the boots. Just take a pic of the bottom of both boots and send that to them, that’s what I did.

Ok MDT
About if you give the parts to Ringside and get them to ship those parts with the next order I make…. than it goes to the UK? That could be a way right??? You can confirm I bought the figure as they have a record of what I ordered so you’d know I’m owed them.
This could be a solution and I’m sure Ringside would be happy to help (they would know there getting a future order £€$)

The parts could easily fit in with an order and it wouldn't cost any more shipping for us International folk.

There were the usual UK speciality stores (...dont know if we're allowed to mention them?). I got Kane and Taker for £39.99 each.

Yeah unfortunately I don't see that being possible as Mattel's customer service isn't really a department we're involved with. My suggestion would be to work with someone you trust on the forums here and see if they're good with shipping out for you.

I know I do some wishful thinking but man these people want EVERYTHING to go to RSC. I understand the want behind it but we also need to be logical about it.

To be fair I'd be cool with it and even excited to help out if there was a way we could, but we can't! Will be happy when everyone has their replacement parts and the issue is in the rearview mirror..

This is not directed at you, but the fact that this is considered a reasonable suggestion for us overseas is bonkers. We buy the figure in good faith and now can’t have the corrected parts unless we have a friend who will ship them. This is really awful.

I know it sucks for us international collectors - but on the flip-side, at least Mattel are acknowledging their mistake and shipping out replacement parts for US customers (ie. the vast majority of their market). They could have just said it was a design choice or error and left it at that...

I still haven't received a response and I filled out the Customer Service form via the portal on the Mattel website a week ago. I'm wondering if I should do it again or remain patient, but it seems like most everyone else is getting a response within a day or two...

When I did that for the Rock it was two or three days before I received a response.

Even if you’re in America, there’s still no guarantee. They’re collecting info on Facebook messenger. No idea how they’re writing down the addresses or if they’re making mistakes. I got a notice my Kane replacement parts were shipped on January 28, still nothing has arrived. The shipping number they give you is gobbledygook and not anything you can look up. Gonna see if I can get a voucher if these parts don’t arrive, and take a crack at getting this alleged second run Kane with the corrected elbow.
Would be nice if they just made the replacement elbow an accessory with a future figure or something. Like a build-a-figure arm. I’d pay $20 for a Fandango figure if he came with a replacement Kane arm. The mask is less of a priority for me, because the red is still off. Kane’s mask is a darker red than his outfit... Anyhow, this is ridiculous.

With a manufacturer issue like this I just can't really think of another way to do it unless they were to literally send us boxes of replacement parts for every figure received which just isn't going to happen. Way beyond our relationship with Mattel and also probably way beyond a big company like that to take such an approach. Just trying to help out incase no one thought of it yet.

For the overseas members complaining that when you contact Mattel they say they can’t ship the parts overseas did you ask about a voucher? If they can’t ship replacement parts overseas maybe they can send you a voucher to buy a new figure locally?

If they can’t ship replacement parts overseas maybe they can send you a voucher to buy a new figure locally? They said no to that as well. They said, and I quote, "I'm sorry, but we not offer refunds on international purchases." despite the fact I sent them a screenshot of my RSC order to show it was bought in the U.S.
