For the overseas members complaining that when you contact Mattel they say they can’t ship the parts overseas did you ask about a voucher? If they can’t ship replacement parts overseas maybe they can send you a voucher to buy a new figure locally? They said no to that as well. They said, and I quote, "I'm sorry, but we not offer refunds on international purchases." despite the fact I sent them a screenshot of my RSC order to show it was bought in the U.S. There’s also nowhere to buy UE locally either for me. It’s simply not good enough. They put out the poor product, it shouldn’t be me that suffers. If it costs them, so be it, all the more incentive not to release a figure in this state again. |

So I saw the UE Kane at Target yesterday and I passed on it due to not knowing if it had the painted Elbow or not

When I asked for the corrected parts they said the parts are on back-order and should ship out March 15th.

I've contacted Mattel because my Kane parts were shipped January 31, and they were able to give me my FedEx tracking number and my shipment has been stuck on a "Pending" status 20 minutes from house at a nearby FedEx location since February 1. I cannot get anymore information from FedEx, they just tell me to check back later. FedEx is a complete clown show. Seems like since the pandemic, businesses just decide if they want to work or not.

I made a post about Kane issues in the thread with yer man whose name I can't remember that apparently answers questions on behalf of mattel. Action Figure Hero or something his name is.
Anyway - it was deleted. Why, I don't know.
But to give some info to those of ye who are not in the USA (I'm in Ireland) I contacted Mattel US, who told me to contact Mattel UK, who told me to Contact Mattel US, who told me to contact Mattel UK. At this point I got fed up with the roundabout, and explained to Mattel UK that I'm being given the runaround and it's very annoying.
They asked me when I bought the figure, what I paid for it, and where I ordered it from. I told them I got it off RSC about 6 months ago and paid roughly €50. They replied saying that they can't offer me parts, however a cheque for €50 is being processed and will be with me in the next 6 weeks. So I just got a refund, effectively (or in 6 weeks, I'll have one).
I'm happy I got something, but ultimately I'll likely just end up buying the figure again so.. it seems a bit of a messy way of doing things.

It's been two weeks since I filled out the customer service form for the replacement parts and I still haven't received a response. I guess I'll have to do it again and hope that it doesn't disappear into the internet again? I dunno. This whole thing is weird. I contacted them through Facebook messenger and gave them the information and within 3 days I was told it’s on back order until March 15th but I will receive confirmation once my items ship |

Mine still haven't shown up. I'm convinced they were lost in the mail, since it didn't take anywhere near this long to receive my Rock replacement parts

Do the Kanes with a revised mask also have a corrected elbow piece? I bought mine early and got the flesh-colored elbow, but I can always touch up the head and use it for custom fodder.
