Just received both of my UE Kane's and neither one has the paint issue on the arm .. from ringside? So you mean to say the defect is corrected. |

So the replacement parts haven’t been sent to Mattel to send out to previous buyers yet? Not surprising

I’m amazed they have corrected the figure at source as I’m still waiting for a single shred of evidence that the corrected mask version of the summerslam ‘01 basic exists as I’ve seen nothing of it in real life.

I remember seeing something about having to have information from the packaging in order to get the UE Rock parts.
Assuming Kane will be the same way, does anyone know what to do if you longer have the box?
If this has been answered, I’ve missed it.

Just got my order from Ringside (shipped out yesterday), and it's with the old arm. Just confirming, we're still waiting to reach out to Mattel for replacements?

Steve said the factory had corrected the mask so it matched the proto pics/mask on the package but I’ve never seen a single one nor heard of anyone else finding it. Also, 99% of them had a grey look to the mask and the broken red paint applied to it also. |
