Someone I’m in a figure group chat with on FB Messenger claims that he contacted Mattel and they are sending him the replacement arms and heads.

Please post the contact info when the parts are ready so people can find that info easily. I forgot about the arm and threw my box away. When i realized it was too late. I know mattel asks for the product number and another number i had to put in 2 different numbers when i ordered the rock heads. I think i may be screwed when it comes time to order the arm. I think those numbers are actually on the bottom of the feet

Because people keep asking, as I stated. But ok Okay, I’ll concede. I’m sure Steve and others should spend every waking hour on this board and give answers they don’t even have readily available two seconds before anyone can even think to ask them. In fact, judging by the tone of most of your posts, the executives at Mattel sit on their ivory tower all day counting money and looking for ways to screw everything up to laugh at these complaints. Makes me wonder why anyone would want to continue in a hobby that brings them absolutely no joy in life at all…. Okay, I’ll concede. Hi everyone, just wanted to give my personal update here. I purchased two Ultimate Kanes from different websites, one of them was Target one of them was an unnamed toy store, and both had the paint application issues. I just called Mattel and they told me they do not have replacement parts but offered either a replacement in the form of a random elite figure or a refund and ultimately gave me a refund for both figures. I would have gladly taken a replacement of equal value but if it was randomly selected chances are I already own it. Hope this helps.

I had put off buying UE Kane for months, hoping I would be able to get the fixed Kane, but this morning at Target I thought maybe enough time had passed, and sure enough it's the messed up elbow. Even the red paint is flaking off. Sucks that Mattel sells us a $30+ figure that is messed up and isn't willing to make it better. I would gladly pay $10 for just an arm casted in red. I had seen posts of people discussing the Kane elbow fiasco, but I feel like it's like talking about vaccines, because the threads get locked.

Steve has said, multiple times including as recently as four days ago that the parts are not ready yet, not to try contacting Mattel about them yet, and that he would post as soon as requests could begin. Considering Steve's track record and the fact that the Rock head replacement seemed to go well, I don't understand why people are so quick to ignore what he's saying and assume the worst. Would also like to ask this. Have contacted Mattel and they never got back to me. Mattel UK did - but just to tell me to go away, pretty much. Mattel US haven't responded.
As I mentioned in the original post about replacement parts being made available, please hold off on submitting requests to Customer Service until I let you all know that the parts have arrived. You won’t get any answers or direction until the parts are in the US and ready to ship. I’ll post here the second you’re able to start contacting them. Hang tight a little longer. Hearing a lot of people have contacted customer service for the replacement ultimate edition Kane parts and received vouchers for the purchase amount instead of the parts. They're saying they were told by customer service that the replacement parts were not happening at all. Can you verify this information? The replacement parts haven’t arrived in the US just yet but should be here pretty soon. As I mentioned in the original post, please refrain from contacting customer service until I let you guys know the parts have arrived. They won’t be able to coordinate part replacements with anyone until then. Steve has there been any update on the Kane arm issue so we can get the correct painted one. I found the Kane in stores today and it’s still missing the red paint on his arm No new info since my last reply on this on the 13th. Hang tight until those parts arrive. Any update as to if we can contact Mattel for replacement Kane pieces? I’ve seen a few people posting their corrected UE Kane figures so the parts are making the rounds Not yet.
