I'm in Ireland a chap here is selling (second hand, of course) a Kane that has the fixed arm and mask.
So I'm not sure where he got it, but presumably they're readily available now at this stage. Is there any update to be had on how to get the updated/fixed pieces?

Is there any update to be had on how to get the updated/fixed pieces? From 16 hours or so ago: Hearing a lot of people have contacted customer service for the replacement ultimate edition Kane parts and received vouchers for the purchase amount instead of the parts. They're saying they were told by customer service that the replacement parts were not happening at all. Can you verify this information? The replacement parts haven’t arrived in the US just yet but should be here pretty soon. As I mentioned in the original post, please refrain from contacting customer service until I let you guys know the parts have arrived. They won’t be able to coordinate part replacements with anyone until then. |

I found two Kane figures at Target yesterday and the one I purchased still have the unpainted inner elbow.

I contacted Mattel and they said they don’t have parts for it. Kinda crap deal for almost a $40 figure

I’m sure Steve and others should spend every waking hour on this board and give answers they don’t even have readily available two seconds before anyone can even think to ask them. In fact, judging by the tone of most of your posts, the executives at Mattel sit on their ivory tower all day counting money and looking for ways to screw everything up to laugh at these complaints. Makes me wonder why anyone would want to continue in a hobby that brings them absolutely no joy in life at all…. |

Steve told us to contact Mattel for replacement heads for the last Ultimate Edition Rock a few months or so after release, so I'm confident we'll be getting an update soon |

Please post the contact info when the parts are ready so people can find that info easily. I forgot about the arm and threw my box away. When i realized it was too late. I know mattel asks for the product number and another number i had to put in 2 different numbers when i ordered the rock heads. I think i may be screwed when it comes time to order the arm. |
