I just got my ultimate edition Kane and it was probably my most anticipated figure this year. I’m somewhat disappointed. Elbow issue aside. Mine has some qc issues on his flesh arm and pant stitching, not only that but I also hate the pinless and ratchet joints. The flesh arm is stuck near the elbow and can’t bend the ratchet joint feels fragile. I don’t know if anyone also has this issue, but the plastic tone of his upper legs do not match his lower legs. Upper leg is made of a darker plastic. I really want to like this figure and can overlook certain things, but this is just bad. My elite 12 Kane is in better condition and had less qc issues.

I seen a post on fb of what they told this guy they needed, they want your name, address, email address, pics of the bottom of Kane’s feet and where you bought it, when you bought it and how much it was and the detailing of issue, which I just sent a pic along with what was wrong with it.

I seen a post on fb of what they told this guy they needed, they want your name, address, email address, pics of the bottom of Kane’s feet and where you bought it, when you bought it and how much it was and the detailing of issue, which I just sent a pic along with what was wrong with it. What’s their email if you don’t mind me asking? I contacted Mattel customer service, but it was about QC issue with my Kane. Mine has problems with his legs, boots and some bad paint apps.

Yeah just Mattel's main FB. I messaged them there on Wednesday, and got them the information they asked for yesterday. And my replacement parts processed and shipped yesterday.
