I don't use Facebook.....if I e-mail that MattelConsumerService@mattel.com directly, do you think that would work? It should. Or call em.

I got a reply through email. Apparently, I didn’t send out the right codes. I’ll have to check his feet again later.

I emailed customer service last night. Just got a reply saying the parts are in stock and to expect them in the next 14 days. Great job by Mattel on this.

Great job by Mattel on this. awaiting a reply but hoping on the same thing, because I contacted them about the rock heads, I got the same message, got a shipment confirmation… and when that didn’t update I called and was told they were never shipped and out of stock and would be sent a check for the value of the figure which is what I got instead. Hope it for a corrected part this time 🤞🏼

Contacted them on Facebook and after giving them the information they replied with
"Thanks. You can expect your replacement parts within 14 business days."
They didn't mess up with the Rock replacement heads, so hopefully they don't mess up here.

So my Kane is MOC so I have no way of looking at the bottom of his boot…Will I not be able to get replacement arms in case I sell it one day and the new owner decides to open it.

Others on here have said the info is also on the bottom of the box. I have one loose and one still boxed. Sent all the info to Mattel, no reply on the pics/info yet so I’m hoping all is good

How easy will it be for us to actually physically remove and replace his arm?? It's not a build a figure...

How easy will it be for us to actually physically remove and replace his arm?? It's not a build a figure... I would recommend using heat. Hair dryer, heat gun, space heater, or microwave a mug of water for a minute and dip the portion of the figure. I am holding my UE Kane figure right now, and I cannot pull the limbs off and I wouldn't seriously try without heat.

Of all the Ultimate Edition figures I own, only Hollywood Hogan is the one where I can't pop the whole arm off.

Ive heard of people using their website and twitter with success as well. How easy will it be for us to actually physically remove and replace his arm?? It's not a build a figure... Popped out no problem, and back in just as easy.

I sent an email to customer support. Hopefully, they can help me or I'll have to get a Facebook account.

I sent an email to customer support. Hopefully, they can help me or I'll have to get a Facebook account. That's what I did. Went on that website and filled out the form and submitted it. Didn't even ask for pictures. 2 hours later email saying I should expect the parts in 14 days. Kind of figured we would have to take it upon ourselves instead of sitting on our hands waiting for the OK to get the corrected parts.

I emailed customer service yesterday and haven't gotten a response.

So I don’t even know why I need this. One is posed on my shelf (awesomely) and the other is in the box. Sucks it wasn’t right, but doesn’t can’t really notice it unless you have him hold that voice box. Has anyone seen Undertaker at Target? I only saw 4 Kanes.
