How easy will it be for us to actually physically remove and replace his arm?? It's not a build a figure... I would recommend using heat. Hair dryer, heat gun, space heater, or microwave a mug of water for a minute and dip the portion of the figure. I am holding my UE Kane figure right now, and I cannot pull the limbs off and I wouldn't seriously try without heat. Don't use heat to remove the arms. You'll damage the rubber piece in the shoulder. They pull off just like BAF arms. It's not hard.

Hey all,
Apologies for delay in updates on this. I’ve been pressing for legitimate official info but have been unsuccessful so far. I have already seen some able to secure parts via messaging Mattel through Facebook. The parts should technically be available through all Mattel Customer service channels but it seems that it’s just not quite fully setup for fulfillment outside of the Facebook customer service team at the moment
I’ll post more detailed info as soon as it’s given to me. But feel free to reach out via FB messenger in the meantime.

When I called customer service on the phone to inquire about the replacement parts they initially offered me a random battle pack that they had in the warehouse. I declined and they took my information down and said they would be sending me a check for the full cost of the figure 🤷♂️

Are they sending replacement parts to international customers too? I'm an international customer and they're sending mine.

Just not getting my hopes up too much. I’m sure that page is flooded with messages now that Steve mentioned it.

I got that same response. They then responded with what info they needed and I sent all that to them so now I’m just waiting on their next response.
It’s just a slow process I think

It’s just a slow process I think Just curious, when did you message them and when did they get back to you? I messaged late Friday night, instantly got their return message, and then sent them the photos of the figure and that message hasn’t been viewed yet. I would think they’re probably closed over the weekend, and/or they are now overwhelmed with messages about it.

They haven’t even opened the chat back up

This is why I entered all the necessary info, (numbers on boots, contact info) on my first message. I got the auto message an hour later, and the next morning it was shipped, and after that message about 2 hours later got my email confirmation.
