Although it was an awesome year for figures what figures were you most disappointed with? For me it was the survivor series Hogan. With elite 91 and both Ultimates being really good I was bummed with the Survivor series elite.

Can't think of anything worse than the new Trish Stratus. Was looking forward to that figure until I saw that head scan. Survivor Series Bret and Hogan were bad but I never had any interest in those to begin with.

If SS Bret came with a soft goods jacket and dark pink shades, it could've been a potential FOTY. The solid black glasses really spoil what's otherwise a pretty damn good figure.

Worst is probably the elite Bray with orange pants just because it’s an eye sore.

Trish. Hands down. I was so stoked for that figure till I saw how she turned out. Absolutely no sculpting on the figure and the head was unforgivable. The fact that she was the chase somehow made it worse. We've now gotten that Canadian attire twice and both times they mukked it up. That said, I did buy the Canadian figure for black friday season in the hopes of fixing her up. I want to try and take the head from the basic and do a hair swap so the hat fits.

Of figures I actually bought, Survivor Series Bret is probably the most disappointing, mainly because everything below the neck is so perfect, but the head-scan/sculpt and incorrect glasses really bring it down.

im not even including basics in the discussion because they are just not really important to me anymore so things like that awful Edge with the green shirt are laughable and not "disappointing"
one of the figures actually i was most disappointed with this year was the new elite MVP....maybe it's just the one i got, but it feels light/flimsy and extremely cheaply made. plus its too skinny and kind of lifeless expression. it was a figure i really wanted too considering his comeback, and i feel like its very underwhelming.
Ultimate Kane's elbow paint thing was an incredible letdown but they are fixing it at least so that brings it back up
Fan Takeover Rollins is an awful figure and not worthy of winning something like that
Legends John Cena was a pretty unnecessary and underwhelming figure IMO
lastly, Wrestlemania Edge....woof.

Gotta say Trish because of the headscan, as someone who collects mainly that era I was pumped to have Trish but the scan just looks very Bratz. If I had a dollar for every E85 bray I saw on shelves I could buy all the ultimate ones rocks, brets and HBKs out there. The SS Bret as others have mentioned, the headscan is weird but I love the attire. Legends Pipers headscan is another that I wish was better but I was happy to add him to the collection. Ultimate Jeff’s torso throws him off but I’ll wait until I have him in person. A pretty good year overall tho

It's a great figure (as long as you get one with the eyes printed correctly!). The eyes on mine are correct but they still seem a bit off to me. It just fell flat for me in comparison to the other Hogan figures out there. It's definitely not the worst figure but I feel it could've been better. My Hogan has a jacked up arm that doesn't move. Even though that's not a design issue that's just a QC thing on mine |

Ultimate Undertaker. There was one good head and it’s marred by hair that is meant only to be worn over the coat. The other two are just so obviously old Undertaker that I refuse to use them. They couldn’t have done two heads with the hair down over the face?? This is like the Ringside Britt Baker where one of the bloody heads should have been clean rather than using the hideous first head with incorrect hair as the only clean head.
A close second for Mattel is E91 Hogan. Why do they insist on using parts that are waaaay too small? Hogan should have a much larger upper body, and why not use the proper skin tone. I also hate that head for a 2005 Hogan.
Dishonorable mention goes to Sid Justice if for no other reason than wanted the Sid basic as an Elite, not Sid Vicious with a singlet body that’s nowhere near big enough.
Odd hearing all the shade on Hollywood. People have been raving about it all year, now suddenly it’s meh? Although I don’t think it’s a figure of the year candidate I still think it’s solid. I’d say Ultimate Takeover Hogan is more disappointing. Hell, Ultimate Hardy is more disappointing.

Survivor Series Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart, mainly for the head sculpts/scans. Everything else for those figures came out great.
Legends Scott Hall and Roddy Piper. For the same reasons above. Though, Piper's quilt and tights color were wrong/off.
E86 Sid, the part choices were too skinny for Sid. I also didn't like the combination of Sid Vicious and Sid Justice. Like another poster said, it should have been his basic attire as an elite, or his red attire from SNME 1992.

Survivor series hulk.
There is clearly a disconnect with rendering/prototype and final product. I know there is work done overseas and they cannot always make it the way it was intended but it is soo disappointing. The orange skintone I get where they were going with it but it still doesn't feel right. The crazy eyes look looked amazing on the render but the final product missed the mark big time on likeness and looked cross eyed.
Kama... the red was not the right shade and his skin color was a bit off. Another case of having to communicate with an overseas team not translating to the correct shades.
Piper the kilt was the wrong pattern
Showing us the rendering for ref sid justice and then finding out later it was sid vicious underneath. There was a whole thread for which tights (light blue, red, black) it should be and then finding out it was a red singlet for an entirely wcw look was super disappointing.
