I genuinely have no idea why people continue to argue on this. Legends contracts are literally in the public domain and can be read cover to cover - and yes, they include global licensing across games, toys, cards, etc. And the pattern has been entirely consistent across years now dozens of examples.
There have been and will continue to be exceptions - Storm's contract with Hogan delaying Mattel figures after all his other merch was underway. But in 99.8% of situations, yes, this absolutely does confirm that a wrestler should be available to Mattel. Whether and when Mattel makes that figure is another story. Hell, the Headbangers literally posted themselves that they signed a legends deal. If you like the element of surprise, great. But this stuff is not a total mystery.

Legends contracts are in public domain? A lot have been involved in legal proceedings over the years. I'm sure top-top talent have more unique deals. But every other one I've seen has been cookie cutter.

what belts do you think we get with series 2 ? Jack Brisco Kamala Dory Funk Jr Wahoo McDaniel Madusa Junkyard Dog I don't know much about belts, and am not taking, but they specifically mentioned Reggie Parks in the announcement, so I am guessing that is where the belt likenesses come from. Per the Reggie Parks Wikipedia page it sounds like his belts were from WWE, NWA, AWA, and Shimmer. So based on that, these are my guesses: Jack Brisco - NWA Florida Tag Title Kamala - Did he ever win a belt? My guess is just accessories in place of the belt Dory Funk Jr - NWA Heavyweight Championship Wahoo McDaniel - NWA Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship - OR - AWA Tag Team Championship Madusa - AWA Women's Championship Junkyard Dog - Mid-South North American Heavyweight Championship

Dory should come with an alternate sculpt for his badass bearded look in the late '70s/early '80s.

Are all of those guys in one set/wave? Seems like a lot to purchase at one time.

Are all of those guys in one set/wave? Seems like a lot to purchase at one time. The implication seems to be that R&R and Tully/Magnum are two-packs and the others are single releases. Not sure of the breakdown beyond that. Also, I guess depends on the price point as well. Wonder of their version of Remcos will be in line with RSC's prices?

Not a fan of the Remcos personally, but I would have LOVED this lineup to be the Ultra Series 2 lineup..... Really hoping we see all these guys as Ultras.

They look great. As good as the wwe superstars for sure. Curious to see the rest.

These look really good; I actually like these better than their ultras. These will fit in nicely with the WWE Superstar's figures. Can't wait to see the rest of the figures.

Maybe they're going to do them as a 2-pack after an initial singles release. Seems like it'd be pretty easy for them to make bloody variants and pack them with a microphone & broken chair piece accessory.

Still waiting on shipping notice… So Apparently shipping out and fulfilling orders is all random, but somehow all the Kyle Petersons & YouTubers happen to get their orders in the first batch of shipping. Hmmm Why do ‘influencers’ need these 1st when there is no one to influence bc it was a preorder & is not for sale anymore!? Late to the party here but these were sold early at a convention and I borrowed the one my friend bought for that short. I was not even close to the first person to get my purchase orders

Time to start predicting/wishing for Wave 3 for Ultras? I can start it.
Gorgeous George - Originally rumored for Series 2 and since Series 2 did not have a wrestler from the 40s-60s, this seems like a good choice Ivan Koloff - Again long rumored for Series 2 and is a much needed figure to complete various lines Nikita Koloff - Perfect tag for Ivan, and also a rival for Series 1 Magnum TA Nick Bockwinkel - Another who is overdue for a figure and was the face of the AWA for a good part of the 70s/80s David Von Erich - Time for another Von Erich, and he has never been done in figure form - but I could see them switching him and having Kevin in place due to the Iron Claw movie Andre the Giant - Known name, he is a shared license everywhere, but a big hair, 70s look, would be ideal.

Well it looks like we got at least a little bit of an explanation as to why the news on the Powertown series had slowed down a bit. They just signed at deal with TNA! I don't love it cause I was kind of hoping that they would focus all their attention on the current line but great news for them
