With this coming up on Wednesday I was looking into the attires - I can see Rude wore the tights in 1988 but can only see him wearing them with white boots and haven’t seen any footage of the tights with the red robe.
It looks like Mattel have given us the Mania 4 pink boots, which feels a weird choice? We have the Mania 4 elite already (E40?? I think?).
The Jake, like the Rude gives off Hasbro vibes too but does anyone know when/where he actually wore this attire in the ring?

These figures are based on the old LJN figures, so I'm not sure if they're even trying to be ring-accurate to a specific look or anything, just translating the old LJN figures to the Ultimate Edition format, basically. |

Plus the boots are wrong. I hope that they'll do an Ultimate of babyface Jake (87-90) in the future.
