Steve said back then that the ring will definitely be reproduced. And with Steve's comment, I now understand the point behind releasing a "new" ring. Still, it sucks that there is an exclusive figure, we are forced to buy the ring to have the collection complete 😕👎🏻 every ring usually comes with an exclusive figure anyways. easy fix is buy for the figure and sell the ring |

This looks really cool. I’m thinking it’s the ring plus the Ultimate Edition AE Rock that we saw protos for at Comic Con, or maybe another Austin. Can’t wait to see what it is! UE AE Rock is the Target Legends UE after Bret Hart Ah I forgot. Thanks for the correction. To be fair though, I do think that UE Rock would’ve been a good choice to pair it with the ring. Inverted Kane looks good. |

That Kane rules, the ring looks awesome, but I'm holding out for a potential Raw Titan Tron stage. I still have the old Elite ring on display and have a ton of those add-on aprons and ropes for it, including Raw is War (and Nitro!). I would love to get both the tron and the Nitro stage one day; those display models were awesome.
But yeah, this looks really cool and will please a lot of folks who need it. Using that inverted Kane was an excellent choice. It has been awhile since we've seen him, and this execution is far better than the previous.

I feel anyone who backed the new gen arena will be upset moving foward. I think Mattel will produce new rings using the existing molds with Diesel, Doink, Savage and Kane probably being re-released in 3-5 years time at retail knowing Mattels track record with re-releases due to secondary market value. Mattel isn't Jakks who would want to maximise as much money as possible by giving everyone another chance to grab that hard figure.

OMG. I'm super-excited for this. An NGR re-made for the Attiude Era?!?!?!? Count me in!!!! =D
I just have 2 pickles that no one has mentioned yet:
1. The ringpost height is still apparently wrong. Something needs to be fixed how the post sets in. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to put another 0.5 foamboard piece over the "wood planks" to get the ring floor to proper height with the top rope.
2. The Kane UE box is now PFP?!?!!? That means more UE/Elite/Basic packages will be without windows? Ugh. =(
But hey... if this means the crowdfund is the Raw is War stage... I'm BIG TIME happy for this. =D

Couple my thoughts.
As a 2 time new gen backer, I'm not upset over this. It was inevitable really, maybe too soon though.
Hope the crowd fund includes 99 smackdown! ropes and skirts with the raw stage.
Nice looking Kane, will probably get this even though I don't need anymore rings.
I guess this makes the first RSE Ultimate.
Will probably order after it's released though.
This may hurt ringsides newgen ring sales though.

Only other UE I really REALLY want to see is 2000/2001 Singlet Kane now. The Inverted 1 Sleeve is my second favorite though and it's nice to see the details they got right this time! Every other Mattel in this attire were botched so bad (no mesh flames, too skinny)

I think this is too soon. Some people haven't even gotten thier new gen rings yet and they want us to buy another ring. I don't have the space for another ring and won't be paying for one just for a figure especially one that's already been released.

Doink was only made for the New Gen Set and will never be made again as an Ultimate. Steve told us that. No problem regarding the ring getting re-released with different deco since I don't buy any rings. My point is that what has been made will probably be re-released due to secondary market prices. Isn't that what Steve said regarding UE6 Rock? So far we have had WM7 Warrior re-released as Ultimate to devalue the original, SDCC Undertaker re-released and many more due to new collectors needing to get those versions at reasonable prices. |

Thank god it’s kane whom I loathe. I don’t need a raw ring either. Because the new gen blue apron and red white and blue ropes were used on raw until like well into 1997. I would still back a raw entrance stage. Rather have the nitro stage though
