At the risk of stirring the pot.... Can anyone explain to me why we need a Jeff Jarrett figure so bad? I've never understood the appeal of this guy.... I usually base my "fandom" for wrestlers on accomplishments & "memorable moments & matches"..... I come up short on Jeff Jarrett every time. essential for me. no NG shelf is complete without him. Short haired version can double up for IC champ or World champ in WCW. Hes pretty integral for me. |

However, I definitely remember him and know he had a huge contribution in wrestling. I remember most from late WCW and thought he had a cool look, for me it's about stocking up my WCW roster to the fullest. Jarret was definitely a guy you remember. Not only that, but he makes a great action figure. I was anticipating a yellow and silver attire. |

How many guys work backstage we can't get figures of. Billy Kidman Jamie Noble Norman Smiley Better Finlay Steve Corino Yet we have to make sure Roman gets another Elite 🙄 Because the 100th Roman will sell better than all of those figures |

In terms of wrestlers that have never had a figure made of them, Jeff Jarrett is pretty essential. In terms of PPV appearances in WWE, only Owen Hart has more appearances without a figure being made of him. Plus he is a 6 time Intercontinental Champion, European Champion, 3 Time United States Champion, 4 Time WCW World Champion, 6 time NWA World Champion, A WWE Tag Team Champion, A WWE Hall of Famer.
I'd argue he is the most important guy left that hasn't had a figure made of him

Matt Cardona has said on his Facebook page/podcast the Jeff Jarrett figure is cancelled. The mattel dude on here avoiding every question about it should tell you it isn’t happening. How does Zack Ryder know? And Mattel didn’t comment on Fiend and he came out. They didn’t comment on Flair and he came out. They didn’t comment on Cole and he came out. Silence doesn’t mean anything. Idk if he knows or not, but what I do know is he’s friends with those mattel people, I rarely doubt he would go out of his way to make a false statement on something he doesn’t know about. I mean don’t get mad at me because you don’t like what was said, if you want to have false hope I mean more power to you. But it is what it is. The man is avoiding the questions for a reason, same as he did with RVD and Strongbow, if it was still being made he would say like he has every other time that something is still on schedule. |

Double j is just a crucial figure to the new generation display. Very toyetic and important to that era. Short haired jarrett with guitar would be a nice add to the attitude era and wcw displays. He was toyetic especially in the new Gen time frame and multiple colorful looks.

Jarrett was a solid midcarder who sucked as a main eventer. Nothing particularly special about him in my opinion. That said, new names in the line are usually a good thing and wouldn’t mind adding him to my shelf.

This is just a hobby for all of us. We get figures of guys like the goon, and all the modern people I couldn’t even begin to name. JJ was a world champ during some of the industry’s hottest years (in a dying company but still), and he was a mid card staple of the New Gen and Attitude Eras. He’s certainly not someone who we should be questioning the necessity of. |

At the end of the day, this is just like the ultimate Kane situation. He can't comment on it yet as Steve doesn't have the answers yet. I'm sure it's being discussed internally. And when the time comes we all will get our answer.

The guy was a hell of an entertainer during the New Gen days. Him and Tennessee Lee were quite the duo. The Roadie angle was amusing too.
Hopefully this is good advertisement for an upcoming figure and nothing more.

It’s probably due to frustration that there’s no figures of some guys that easily could be made under a merch deal since they’ve been with the company for some time. Obviously not everyone is under a deal but that doesn’t mean the frustration of it and the “wish listing” isn’t justified. |
