Tye Dillinger. The "Perfect 10" gimmick was FIRE in NXT for awhile there. Just the PERFECT thing for the crowd in terms of their involvement. Throwing up the hands, shouting "ten". Good little catchphrase (The Numbers Don't Lie, always wanted that shirt). While he never really stood out in terms of what he could do in the ring, he was solid enough. But his Rumble debut and subsequent Smackdown run were mishandled, he lost the steam he had in NXT, and never went anywhere. Couldve been a solid upper-midcard guy, a few IC/US title reigns.

Ricochet for modern guys by a landslide. To watch how much he has slid from his peak is just sad. Countered by ospreay who continued to evolve and is a legit top guy in any company the second he walks through the door. Ricochet just comes across like a total geek now. I figured he'd end up in the main event scene in a new Rey Mysterio kind of position. Oops.
Tazz is a big one historically.
I'm a little too young to really say about the golden era guys, considering I'm born in '88. But I did grow up loving that era and it's what I watched the most. I always wanted more for Mr. Perfect than just the mid card title scene.
