Walked into my Walmart this afternoon and was shocked. And this is what I walked away with! Walmart is crazy. Last week they put out Elite 101, and now this week Elite 102. Before Elite 101, my Walmart hadn’t got anything newer than Elite 94. Hopefully these RA figs also start showing up soon. Y’all be on the lookout!

Nowadays I feel like I have a better chance of getting struck by lightning then one of my Walmarts looking remotely close to that.

If I saw my Walmart looking like this I would immediately go buy a powerball ticket.
What the hey. And when did Walmart start carrying UE figures???

I’ve randomly seen them before, one singular Flair and one singular series 12 Fiend, I think they were online orders that got returned to stores tho. They started carrying them in stores with the Roman Reigns wave but I don’t know if they’re consistent with it or just picking individual figures like Roman

Must be nice. This was one of my Target tonight. And there was another of the Becky/Bianca BP behind the Grogu dolls.

Not the Nylas 😭😭😭 I swear she's gonna go down in AEW/Jazwares history as the biggest pegwarmer of all time. Which is so depressing for me because it means we'll probably never get another one.

I recognize the Palisades Center Target when I see it lol. Yeah they’ve been really bad about stocking lately. I think this was the same figs they had last weekend.

and THIS is the problem. people actually want to buy elites, the main series and the exclusives. the store gets a case, and one person walks out with everything. then the shelf sits empty for 3+ months. I'm not saying you did anything wrong, btw. I'm saying the fact that Walmart allocates one tiny spot to elites is a ing joke. Their planogram is absolutely horrible. The amount of space they give to wrestling, compared to how much it would sell if they carried the correct products, is also a joke. They don't order right, they don't stock right, and they don't have enough space for product that would actually sell instead they'd rather look at pegs and pegs of $9.99 basics because "parents".....even though parents aren't buying them

Tons of e94 and e87 before that, and then a case or two of e95/98/101 or 102. My store had two cases but the Gunther’s were gone. Thankfully there’s other options than Walmart though for these, just not the exclusives…

And no, it's not his fault.... but if you aren't the first person to show up there when they actually DO STOCK.... you aren't going to find what you're looking for. For whatever it's worth - if you combined the wrestling figures at ALL FOUR of my area Walmarts, you wouldn't have a third of this.

This all seemed to start when the stores all got their own exclusive lines. Prior to that you'd see several restocks of an elite series, but since they all have their own exclusives, you're lucky if they even get series without skipping a bunch. Kind of weird too considering once Toys R Us closed in the states, it seemed like Target and Walmart got even WORSE with this. So now you either get lucky finding a series or you almost have to exclusively get them online.

When you do find that fresh case on the pegs its the best feeling as a collector. However be it Walmart or Mattel or whoever is to blame those moments are a thing of the past or at least few and far between now and days. Its so much easier to find that thrill online now, which is sad. Specially with in store exclusives that either you never see on the pegs or never even make it to the pegs you look at. It's getting frustrating as a collector the prices keep going up and the selection at retail is weeks if not months behind online retail for the same price.

It's starting to be a frustrating experience for me as well. High prices are one thing at retail but then they can't even keep items on the shelf? Figure hunting has basically been rendered pointless by it for me. Which sucks because I used to really enjoy it. Now I won't waste the time or gas to even bother.

The only thing to come out of all this Walmart exclusive Elite and Ultimate insanity for me is I'm cured of my "Gotta have them all" frame of mind when it comes to old school figures up to Ruthless Aggression, which is all I collect. So I guess thanks for that to all involved?

Updated count on mine is 14 Randy Orton top picks. One Mae Young. 2 Aj Styles Ultimates and one Razor ultimate (that I bought).

I'm basically out of the collecting game at this point. It's just not fun anymore.
