I couldn’t put like a heels and faces fig on my hasbro shelf
They just don’t fit. Which is ultimately why I never bought into them (in addition to ZST as a human, and his price gauging).
If a company came along that actually nailed the hasbros aesthetic to the extent it was indistinguishable from a genuine one, I’d buy it.

Probably because the talent won't be getting a figure from Mattel anytime soon and the figure is close enough to put into our collections. Personally I stopped caring about collecting just Mattel for the sake of consistency and focused on filling gaps that Mattel has yet to cover of people I really want. I actually find it more fun to see all these different companies putting their names in the hat and seeing their figures mixed in with official figures it looks awesome IMO. Its not just that. I like Andre so I’ll pick up any figure of him that I like. First couple S7 figs weren’t bad and found em at a discount so I grabbed them. I thought the Mego figure was ugly but in a good way so I picked that up. I don’t particularly care for the Hasbro style but I did like how Zombie’s version turned out so I preordered that. I'm guilty of this too and yeah there are more reasons than the ones I said in my original reply. That Mego Andre is definitely an ugly figure, but for some reason I want it since it such a unique figure. |

This is a joke, right? Please tell me you know there's way more to wrestling than just WWE. Sorry if I offended anyone. Im Just curious. Im Always tempted to purchase figures from Turtles, Connan - but I have never justified in my head a reason to buy a figure from these other wrestling toy companies. Also im assuming that they are higher priced than WWE Mattel figures, am I right? |

Because many wrestlers will not be signed by Mattel for one reason or another and Super 7, Power Town, ZST, etc are the only alternative for them to get a figure.

One of my reasons: There are several talent WWE does not (and maybe will never) have the rights to make figures of - so there would be no way of ever getting figures of them.
