We're also getting distracted by the refusal to fix these glaring issues: - No recess in the jacket sleet to plug the hands into. - Gripping hands being way oversized.
Perhaps the horrid face sculpts and terrible torso choices are distracting from another issue Mattel has constantly refused to fix.

theghost I think a lot of the alternative hands are over scaled. Particularly, the open pose Bret hands. Rey’s hands were huge too at one point.

Those Bret scans man, I don't whether to laugh or cry 😭 I honestly wonder why he's always so tough to get the right likeness for when it comes to his figures, even Jakks struggled with him quite a bit and head scans were one of the things that they were actually consistently good at nailing

Both those Ultimates look terrible, especially those headscans on Bret which look atrocious. The torso on Piper looks really weird and also has the giraffe syndrome.

I've asked about the resizing of hand molds on numerous occasions and MDT never answers. Last time I asked in the AFA thread it got deleted. Did someone other that AFA reply to it or did you reply to someone else’s post? Because that has happened to me as well. Basically for some reason they deleted any “discussion” posts even if someone added a question to your post they all get deleted. So the only “quote” posts allowed are AFA answering questions anything else is deleted. |
