The new KO Ultimate Editon looks 5'6 160 lbs out of package loose next to other KO figure and it looks especially bad scaled next to the new Sami Ultimate. Goto alexwestcollects socials. It's really insane how small he is...Arms are twice as small as the elite ones literally . Idk what happened when they made this but they messed up

Just got my Ultimate KO and Zayn this past Thursday. While I still really like the figures because of the new heads, the moment the figures represent, and just because it’s figures of KO and Zayn, they aren’t without their flaws. Outside of the height issue (Zayn looks giant next to Owens, even though irl Zayn is only an inch taller than Owens), and the missing logos they obviously couldn’t include due to copyright, the KO figure also has the dreaded PAINTED SKIN TONE on all of his hands, as opposed to previous figures of his where the hands were molded in skin color. I also noticed they didn’t paint the inside of the mouth for the open mouth smile heads for both Zayn and KO. They only painted their teeth…

What does the issue seem to be, is it the legs?
I was hoping to possibly use that torso and a fabric shirt for a UE Cactus Jack.

This is sad news. Guess ill not be picking this up after all after looking so forward to it. Needless mistakes by Mattel, very frustrating for collectors.

I’m keeping mine in the boxes anyways. I like how Ultimates have everything displayed. Ones like Warrior and HBK are kinda boring because there’s no accessories other than the entrance gear.

From what I can see, the issue isn't JUST that UE KO is too short. He is, by a bit.
But if you put various figures beside each other...
UE Kevin is shorter than the new Basic Sami. By what would be about one inch in scale. (Which is correct)
But Basic 145 Sami is actually shorter than the Elite 101 Kevin for some reason.
While the UE Sami? He looks in scale to be about 2-3 inches taller than Elite Kevin.
So really, if I had to guess what the problem is, it's that when they scaled the UE Kevin, they scaled him with the Basic 145, which has what should have been the correct pants for the UE.
Then they gave the UE Sami the cargo pants and tall boots which have always made him too tall, and now the UE Kevin looks TINY beside Sami.
So really, it's less a case of the Kevin Ultimate is too short. he is, but not by much compared to his Elites. It's a case that Kevin is too short while Sami is too TALL and beside each other they look absurd. I'm hoping that I can find a way to swap the boots out on that Sami ultimate, otherwise, I don't know. UE Sami's legs don't move at the hips at all and I'm terrified if I try to swap them, they'll snap like toothpicks

I don't know how they messed up Kevin's hands that bad, but that's far more egregious to me than him being, for himself, a bit too short. Sami is insanely tall though, to the point where a friend of mine says seeing the UE figures beside each other reminds her of pictures with Kevin next to his son. (Owen is somewhere in the range of 6'7") |

Holy sh** KO is Samis little brother, wtf 😂😂😂😂 wow. I bet KO is the same size as Rey, that's ******* reprehensible from Bill. Muta is listed as 2 inches taller than KO, but I bet he's a giant next to KO. Smdh Mattel Ultimate blunder for 2024. Thank God my son dont necessarily care about scale, because after seeing this I wouldnt have bought it myself and likely told my son nahhhh you don't want that KO...TRUST ME. KO hasn't even made it to stores and he's the worst ULtimate of 2024, and likely since ever. BIG YIKES |

I was hoping to get this as an updated Kevin Owens idk if I will now because they completely messed up his height, I wouldn’t be surprised if an ultimate Rey is the same height if not taller

It always bugged me that RVD was shorter than everyone in the Jakks days because they refused to make new leg molds for him. That was around 20 years ago. How is this still happening?
