My buddy and I recently got hooked on WWE 2K, so I started an Instagram account for the Universe mode run that Iโm doing. This is the first video package I put together for a match on the first pay-per-view, which just so beautifully coincides with the upcoming pay-per-view IRL; Backlash! https://www.instagram.com/reel/C6aMJIeuwIv So Paul Heyman, I ask of you; could you pull some strings? ๐ Iโve been told, wise men say, โgo draw moneyโ. โ๐ผ ๐ฐ Dear Young Bucks, can you make some calls; from EVPโs to EVP? You know Miz; he never did come back and win that title, did he? Shame. ๐ข

I would rather watch the American Nightmare than the American Dragon.

I would rather watch the American Nightmare than the American Dragon. I like Cody, but he isn't a 1/4 as good as Danielson in the ring.

Bryan downright sucks as The American Dragon.
At least in WWE he had a personality and The Yes Movement.

That doesn't matter to me.
I have never been entertained by a Danielson match in my life. The only time I remotely found him enjoyable is when he was doing the Yes Movement. I only liked him then cause I thought it was cool how he connected with the fans with the "Yes" chants.
Overall, I like Cody Rhodes and feel he's the better all round entertainer and wrestler for a complete package.

I thought so for awhile and then he went to AEW and in 6 months gave us significantly better matches. His match with Omega was absolutely insane. I feel like he wasn't reaching his full potential in WWE, most guys feel like their wrestling 1/2 of what they're capable of there though. It's frustrating.

Funny that, he's so special in WWE because he stands so far apart from the rest of the locker room. But once the chains are off and is granted to be more himself and wrestle into his strengths, he suddenly isn't all that.

I have a ton of update shows and pictures posted on Instagram; Iโll have to update the OP with the added shows.

Yeah...his match with Omega was better than anything he did in WWE, and he's topped that over and over again.

Has he not had some of the most brain melting matches over the last 3 years? I attended some of his best ROH matches and was at WMXXX, and I can easily say that he is wrestling at the highest level he ever has right now. WWE fans are a strange condition, where if you feed them a diluted version of something superior, with a WWE logo on the screen, they will believe it's better. I remember watching guys like RVD in WWE and being frustrated that we were getting a toned down version of his best work. It's miserable. Then again, most of you just want to get the wresting over anyway, and watch some "cinema" lol.

Each time he wrestled it felt like everyone was part of his matches. He channelled the energy from the crowd and it was awesome. In AEW there is none of that, he's just an ordinary guy who comes out and wrestles. Give me Daniel Bryan over Bryan Danielson any day.

His matches in both companies are great but I just loved how the fans went crazy for him in WWE. He was one of the most over stars ever.

Has he not had some of the most brain melting matches over the last 3 years? Heโs been doing meaningless minor league stuff for three years. None of it is memorable, most wrestling fans will never even see or hear of it. Heโs basically retired again. Most of the stuff from his final year or so in the big leagues was pretty unmemorable too. His last real moment in wrestling was being part of the tribal chiefโs double stack pin, and heโs little more than a footnote in that. So itโs probably back to KofiMania for his last truly important contribution.

The reason I feel the same as this is because you can look up his indy matches and see the exact same matches he has on AEW, but 20 years ago while he was in better health and could go faster for longer. In WWE he had great character work. Even in crap storylines like Team Hell No he was fun to watch and made people laugh. Now it's just Bryan vs (insert someone else who's great in the ring) and the story EVERY TIME has been, is this the best match ever or who's the best in the world. It's played out.

It is to the people who care about wrestling. The same way die hard music fans look deeper than Lana Del Rey and Green Day. Its literally just opinions. One of my favourite matches is Angle and Rousey vs Triple H and Stephanie. The opinion of someone that likes a Kenny Omega match more doesn't hold more weight than mine, nor mine theirs. How much someone cares about wrestling is irrelevant. Anyone that thinks that their opinion is better than someone elses just comes off looking like a knob. Also, whats a die hard music fan and how do they differ from a normal music fan?
